You would also make lots of money which is what a studio is supposed to be doing. As a director you could choose to be sexist and rich or make a few bomb and be unemployed and poor.
Wonder Woman the TV show was constantly having Wonder Woman save the dudes life... but it was popular, mostly because it had Lynda Carter and her big titties flopping around each week. That's what's wrong with Hollywood... they keep plastering plain women or flat chested women or ugly women in movies and then wonder why dudes won't watch them. It wouldn't matter if you made an all lesbian drama about women's rights; if you cast the thing with hot women with big titties having pillow fights that ended in lesbo action you would get lots of guys buying tickets.

Unlike getting a "star" on the Hollywood walk of fame, the poor unfortunate inductees of Rock and Roll don't go and asked to be inducted.... at least with the walk of fame the numpties that get one have filled out a requested and paid thousands of dollars for the supposed honor. I think this makes the Rock and Roll Hall of Shame even worse because these poor bastards just got blindsided by some fuckers trying to make up an excuse to stay relevant and make money.
You have to factor in inflation. Ticket prices today are a hell of a lot more expensive than they used to be. Original pulled in 750 million in 2023 dollars and it was only a domestic release. This was a huge failure.... but then when it was made by Disney while touching the pander stone is it a surprise to anyone?
