How can you forget?

reply

If my screen name was jowilli it would be easy to forget.

reply

You would forget twice Jowilli2

reply

LOL!
What's that about?
Did Jowilli invent a sock for himself and decide that jowilli2 would be a good way to be jowilli's sock anonymously?

reply

Yep. I don't get it.

In this thread

jowilli makes a post and then jowilli2 posts a reply. That certainly was one of his cleverer maneuvers.

reply

Lol

They fisted each other?

reply

I know, right? They complain that he's not doing anything about gas prices, then complain when he does ... There's just no pleasing the Trumptwats!

reply

They been saying since Biden got in and shut down the pipe line that the government doesn't control the gas prices so if gas prices yet again drops right before an election then clearly that's all BS.

reply

Agreed. But it was the other way around when Trump was in office, now wasn't it? Admit it! Okay I'm just guessing about you specifically engaging in that behavior, but I'm assigning a very high probability that you did the exact same thing some on the Right are now doing about the fist bump when the shoe was on the other foot. When in reality it was fine then with Trump, despite all the caterwauling the Left did, just like it's fine now with Biden. It's good when our leaders try to maintain good relationships with foreign leaders, even those that are involved with some nefarious dealings. Those on the Right jumping all over this will change their tune when a Republican is in office (unless they learn their lesson, which they probably won't). It goes both ways. It should go neither way.

On the other hand, Presidents do need to be aware of optics, because it does have an effect. Well... except for Trump. I don't think he gave one damn about optics. He'd just blurt, verbally or Tweeting, whatever inane thought was in his head.

I don't think I complained, but you've got to admit the whole thing with the orb was just weird!

reply

That was indeed strange. And that is putting it mildly. Even for Dementia Donnie.

reply

LOL. Those pix definitely didn't come off the best, and are pretty funny. But oh, come on, he was just playing ball for the sake of the relationship, or as he would probably call it "the art of the deal" (something he's not as adept at as he thinks he is). In other words, kiss their ass until you can bait 'n switch for what you really want. I think any Prez would have done the same thing. What they wouldn't do, however, is Tweet "Covfefe" in a hazy stupor in the wee hours of the morning (when Biden pees five times).

"Everything is ok because he's a democrat" ... Lol 🤦🏿‍♂️

“But Trump...”

reply

He was advised by his doctor to fist bumb instead of handshakes. So, this is basically a handshake.

Now, is this being overblown on right wing media, oh yeah you bet. Remember, W Bush did the same thing. Nothing from them.

Regardless, he should not be begging these dirtbags. With gas prices already falling, he should have paused his visit.
