I really don't think he does. the bad man "endorsed" blue, because the bad man wants red in charge. One of the reasons Putin waited for Biden to be in office before the invasion, was as a "test". It's fairly widely known that Putin likes Trump, even on a personal level. Anyway it's KH there now. not perfect (no one said she was), but....better.
