I recently had the pleasure of rewatching The Scarlet Pimpernel (1982) I have always enjoyed the sword fight between Percy and Chauvelin.
There have been some really enjoyable sword fights in movies, what's your favouorite?
My favourite is Wesley and Inigo in the Princess Bride (1987). The banter and music just make me so happy.
I thought I should at least share the scene which started this thread. I have always loved this one, and it is only slightly behind The Princess Bride for my favourite. Both Anthony Andrews, and Cary Elwes brought such charm to their characters that it was a tough pick. I think the music is the biggest reason I chose The Princess Bride.
