Redundant stories, bad writing, bad acting, no chemistry, no sparks. At the end of the movie, I don't care if he gets the girl or not.

Can you say that about Marcello Mastroianni and Sophia Loren?

The relatively modern The Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind was a supreme romantic film in my humble opinion, but you're right, most of them suck
