What's the last great opening credit sequence?

I can't think of any I truly love that came out recently. I think films have lost their opening credit touch.

Some of my favourites of all time are: Fight Club, The Untouchables, Batman (1989), Signs and Panic Room.

Angels in America (2003) had opening titles for the ages:

and Paprika (2006)'s opening titles have more good visual ideas than most whole movies do:

Into the Spiderverse (2018)'s Intro sequence/titles was pretty awe-inspiring (as was the whole film really):

The Paprika one is more subtle than other Japanese animation ones. Usually those are so loud with annoying music and quick cuts.

There are probably several better examples, but Deadpool comes to mind first in terms of more recent films. I thought it was funny and well done.

It is. Very creative and it gives us a taste of breaking the fourth wall early on.

Ones that come to mind...

Bullitt (1968) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnKjpC7zxAY

Invasion of the Body Snatchers (1978) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UBnRlAEFXT0

Whoever came up with the Body Snatchers one was incredibly high.
