Have you ever been to an animal slaughterhouse before?

I once went with a friend of mine to get a fresh chicken. I had no idea that the man would kill the chicken right there in front of us.

It was such a cute chicken too. He grabbed the chicken by the neck and swung it violently in circles snapping the chicken's neck. I cried!

Yes I did eat the chicken. I saw that it had yolk inside of its womb.

I felt kind of bad.

Have you ever been to an animal slaughterhouse before?

reply

Ok Tina.

reply

I am a slaughter house.

reply

Do you go hunting?

reply

That's how I get food.

reply

How does it make you feel when you kill an animal? The only time I would kill an animal for food is if there weren't any grocery stores around.

reply

What is "grocery store"?

reply

So, you'd rather someone else at the grocery store murder the animals for you? That way your hands and conscience stay clean.

reply

It's not that I want my hands clean. It's more like I don't have the heart to kill an animal for sustenance myself. But if I were starving, maybe I would kill an animal but I would pray over the animal first and then cry before cooking it.

reply

You will eat animals as long as you're not the one murdering the animals for their flesh, unless of course you were starving, then you would hunt, pray, kill, cry, cook, eat in that order to survive. Here's a question, does a human's life matter more than an animal's life? Majority of people all around the world conveniently like to forget, ignore, deny the fact that animals lives matter too. Would you want an animal to eat you? No, of course not. So, why would you want to eat an animal? Both humans and animals have a right to survive, not just humans.

reply

For love of God (Odin), please stop slaughtering animals you fucking angry murdering viking.

reply

The animals pay the ultimate sacrifice--their lives--to feed us. The least we could do is raise them and slaughter them in a humane manner. On many large commercial farms this is sadly not the case.

reply

Sock it to ‘em.

reply

That’s an eggstraordinary story Tina.

reply

Oh, stop hamming it up!

reply

Eat the food, Tina. Eat the food!

reply

I read Slaughterhouse-Five and watched the movie, does that count?

reply

Um no it doesn't.

reply

I too read the book and saw the movie and yes, I believe this counts.

reply

No, I couldn't imagine.
