🌟 🎥MovieChat MovieClub Event: Friday/Saturday Features #56 🍿

This Movie Club will allow two things to happen:
 -people will be able to watch the same movie at the same time and interact here
-people will be able to have common movies to watch over the weekend and share reviews on my other weekly thread.   

Event #1 - Friday night, June 28th 9PM Eastern time (if you want to watch live) and event closes Sunday at 9PM (if you haven’t been able to watch live and want to share reviews in the weekly thread.)

I don't think Cage is capable of doing a really true intimate scene with anyone, his wife, his kid, ...This was his chance to show some vulnerability, and he threw it away.

As much as I'm enjoying the colorful shots and Nic Cage out of space, I think this would work better as a double feature with Mandy (2018).

I'm sticking with my rating of 7/10. This is one of Nicolas Cage's better performances in recent years. The film has some cool visuals and interesting moments. Not everything comes together in a perfect way, but enough of this works to make it a rewarding watch.
