(CLOSED) Rate this actor out of 10: Jim Carrey

Um, I've got to say: The only movie I can even remotely remember seeing Jim Carrey in, well, make that 2, was when he was briefly in a glorified cameo in the 5th installment of DIRTY HARRY in "The DEAD POOL" where he played a rockstar who's murdered by, of all people, Liam Neeson as the villain and the other movie I remember Jim Carrey in was "The CABLE GUY" and that was simply, well, Bizaare. So I suppose I'd rate him around a 4/10

6/10 same shtick every film, a bit of a Jerry Lewis clone.

9/10. I actually think he's the most talented celebrity to come out of Hollywood in the past 50 years. Agree that I'm not a fan of his politics and some of his views, but I think he's extremely talented (I think he's very underrated as an impressionist, for example).

9/10. I loved his comedic roles as a kid & his dramatic ones as a teen/adult.

I don't know what his political views are, nor do I care. Same with most of my favorite actors/directors.
