I love Strangers When We Meet as the OP suggets. There's a Buddah of Suburbia version too which is different from the Outside take. They're both fantastic.
I started listening to Outside a few years ago having initially dismissed it other than SWWM and Hallo Spaceboy...
A Small Plot Of Land is a great track on it. The album wasn't all that well received at the time...I think it just came out 20 years too early!
