Heard from reliable sources she's obese now
Don't shoot the messenger, just hearing this from a very reliable source. And no not #fatshaming either, just posting the rumor.

That's actually a good point. To me it means the woman in the 2022 photos looks a lot like Bridget's mother did in the 2002 photo. In other words, I still don't believe the woman in those 2022 photos is Bridget Fonda.
shareI saw a pic on facebook of Bridget at some kids party from 2012 where she looked identical to her mom then, but thinner. But had still gained weight. Definitely was her. Actually, think she looked great. She used to be TOO thin at times, in my opinion. Its possible the woman in the pic is indeed her mom? Or its just simply a matter of naturally aging and looking like our parent aged. Or combined with some health issues. There are tons of health issues that can cause that and medications and its hard to manage.
I honestly see nothing bizarre about this situation at all. People are just being weird because she's been laying low and incognito for a decade and all the sudden was paparazzi'd. This reaction and public response and ignorance is probably exactly why she has been hiding from publicity. People suck.

If the woman in the photo is Bridget it definitely looks like a health condition. I know a lot girls who were petite like Bridget in their 20s but became obese after having at least 2 kids. Her mother would 81/82 years old right now so I now lean that this probably is Bridget.

Post-menopausal, thyroid, adrenal issues, so many things. And they're all tricky to treat. Especially if multi-issues. But again, she just seems normal to me?? A lot of changes can happen in 12 years and seeing that pic of her mom, seems just like a natural normal genetic thing. Seems active and in shape, actually. Could also be steroid meds.
People just jump to creepy freaky stupid theories because they're bored or its more exciting to them. When most of the time its just something very simple and non-eventful.
All that aside, its amazing how much she and her mom look alike. Younger them and now. Young pics of her mom could easily pass as a Bridget clone! Really cool if you ask me. Same kind smiles, too.
