Watching & Listening To Kyle On The Stand

I would be proud any day to call this young man my son! He gave concise matter of fact answers which coincided with the videos. He didn’t hem & haw. He didn’t squirm or ramble on and on. Most importantly he didn’t as far as we know lie on the stand as smarmy Grosskreutz did.

Then the moment came. All of the fear he had that fateful night came out. He broke down and I broke down with him. I would refer to it as PTDS. Reliving the fear and horror that young man felt and went through that night.

BTW, Prosecutor Binger did a huge no no! He stepped on Kyle’s Constitutional Right not to speak before the trial by admonishing Kyle for remaining silent. WOW! The judge sent the jury out of the room and the fireworks began. It was a sight to behold! You want to see anger from a judge toward an attorney…catch this moment!

Finally, I know you disgusting yahoos will voice your pathetic nonsensical diatribe against this young man. When you do it will just prove how shallow you are as human beings…actually souless. I am so happy to not know you.

But when he is found not guilty it will cause massive theft and assaults in Chicago and other gutter cities.Should we thank him for giving hooligans a excuse for lawlessness.

Child Rapist Lives Matter

reply

They do to Democrats. Probably because most of them are child rapists themselves.

Sorry, but there is no excuse for lawlessness, not that they need an excuse to loot and destroy. If you're suggesting an innocent person be found guilty to prevent the lawless from getting upset, you're not going to get many people to agree with you.

Mob rules is anarchy. Be careful what you wish for.

reply

The leftists would most definitely agree.

reply

When a society ignores the law, lawlessness is the result, and chaos ensues. This is a direct result of lack of leadership from city, state & federal officials. The police are ordered to stand down and be assaulted and injured. Granted there’s a terrible history regarding police interactions with Blacks, but by giving Blacks or any others free rein does not compensate for the wrongdoings done to them. It exacerbates the problems and as a result more lawlessness harming innocents and property ensues, including the families of the rioters.

If something isn’t done to stop the lawlessness Marshall Law may be needed due to the ineptness of, and this is the truth, Democrat run governments. They aren’t affected by the lawlessness, only the common folk are. All society suffers.

reply

Marshall law?

reply

Marcia Marcia Marcia!

reply

It's called "Martial Law" because of the Mayan God of Sodomy "Marvin"

reply

So an innocent man should be found guilty so aresoles dont burn down and demolish more business? American justice is a joke.

reply

How is that different from every other day in those places?

In fact, some places have already 'legalised' crimes like shoplifting.

reply

Hoping the jury convicts him. Please don't give him a pass like they did the Brailsford case! https://www.cnn.com/us/live-news/kyle-rittenhouse-trial-11-10-21/index.html

reply

And this folks is the perfect example of a pathetic soulless thing. I refuse to call him human as he is devoid of humanity. He doesn’t deserve to breathe the same air as the young man Kyle.

reply

Maybe you and your Chump buddies can make Kyle President and set up extermination camps to put all us who disagree in. Just like in Nazi Germany, except this time no more Mr. Nice Guys!

I'm also watching it. The prosecutor just seriously pissed off the judge once again. Said judge then stated twice, very emphatically, that he didn't believe the prosecutor's claims of "acting in good faith", and threatened him with considering a 'mistrial with prejudice' that the defense had submitted, if it happened again.

"Fireworks" is right ! I've never seen a judge so consistently pissed off before during a live trial.

reply

The prosecutor was so condescending with the judge. He knew he was reaching for straws and got caught. Crazy day yesterday. I thought Kyle's testimony was pretty good.

reply

I agree. I thought Kyle handled himself well on the stand. His attorneys made a good judgement call by going that route when it's usually a very risky move.

reply

I was surprised when I saw he was on the stand. I feel like it's been very rare to see the defendant testify. You never know how that's going to go. I caught the part where he was asked multiple times about way he was aiming/shooting the gun and he was adamant about it being because of his safety and the threat. I thought 'good for him' because he didn't waiver. We'll see how it works out for him.

This post is a big yikes.

reply

That prosecutor is so annoying. He referred to the guy who KICKED Rittenhouse in the head as the man who JUMPED OVER YOU??????? The judge also told him specifically that he wasn't allowed to introduce the evidence BUT the prosecutor want to introduce it in a different context.... I don't really have the language correct. The judge told the prosecutor that he had closed the door on the evidence but the prosecutor then says that the judge left the door open a little bit.

I'm pulling for Rittenhouse. I expected his lawyers to say OBJECTION more often since the prosectuor spent so much time asking the same questions over and over.

reply

His lawyers should have been objecting to lots of things, including rolling a video frame by frame. You can twist reality quite a bit when you move something frame by frame and cherry pick images from a full video. Frankly Kyles attorneys appear to be pretty fucking inept.

reply

Yep.

reply

The should have objected in many places. Not sure what the plan is.

reply

I thought the frame by frame set of pictures was weird since they started at frame 468 instead of earlier in the encounter. I didn't know that Huber attacked Rittenhouse TWICE. Huber whacked him first with the skateboard and that contributed to Rittenhouse's fall and then Huber was shot when he attacked Rittenhouse again. I don't know if there is video of both of Huber's attacks. I'd also like to know the criminal records of the guy who kicked Rittenhouse in the head and the other people that were chasing Rittenhouse.

reply

I kept saying “Asked and answered” over and over. The Prosecutor was redundant and it was eye rolling time. That guy is referred to in court records as “The Jump Kick Guy”. He kicked Kyle in the face wearing a heavy boot. He disappeared and is unknown.

I didn’t know until today Kyle got skateboarded into the neck 2 times!

reply

I think I would have lost my shit if I was Kyle and been asked "You pointed your gun at him because you wanted to kill him" and answered no at least 15 times.

Or the "he didn't have a gun? Correct? A knife? Correct? A bat? Correct? A club? Correct? " multiple times. No motherfucker he didn't, but he would have had a gun and used it on me if I hadn't have shot him...

I get the job that prosecutors have but this guy is a real piece of shit. You can be sure that if someone pulled a gun on him on the street, he wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger of his gun and there would be no trial.

reply

That punk, Rittenhouse, will make someone a nice girl friend some day soon.

reply

I sincerely hope so for the sake of justice itself and for public tranquility.

If he gets away with it, as the White supremacists are hoping for, I would be the first to support riots all over America by any means I lawfully can.
I want to see a lot of expensive cars burned and a lot of luxury stores and small businesses wrecked and thoroughly robbed until they go out of work. I want to see the police helpless against the vast multitudes of popular rage. I want to see fists going up in the air. I want to see NFL players tackling White boomers on the streets.
Let the games begin!

reply

And I would be proud to see you go up sky high.

Seeing you defending this murderous pig makes me question if you're human at all.

What do you mean the fear that he had that fateful night? Rathouse was the cause of all of that tragic bloodshed and suffering. Those people wouldn't be dead if the retarded fatass hadn't decided that he wanted to larp and look like a hero in front of cameras even if it meant taking the lives of other human beings.
Have you ever thought about all those mothers and fathers left behind, all those loved ones and burried dreams; I feel my own sorrow for them and a burning rage against this bastard of the Devil. Spoiled American White fatass boys like Rathouse have turned into nothing but a curse and a source of pain for all humanity. And I am saying that as a fellow White person.

reply

I don’t wish to argue with you as there is no point. I would like to ask what should he have done? How would you handle being attacked, kicked in the face, skateboarded in the neck twice, a Glock firearm aimed at your head, etc.?

Are you talking about the buried dreams of a pedophile? Maybe how many more little boys he can molest before his sorry life comes to an end? Or the other one Huber, how many more times he’ll have a chance to strangle his grandmother. Now that’s a story about loved ones; strangling his grandmother. Restraining orders against these two tells a story.

You do realize your empathy is for human debris who would not be dead, yet, if they had been in prison where they belonged. For the life of me I cannot understand you people who have sorrow for the lowest of the low in humanity. A pedophile? Where are your tears for those little boys whose lives have been forever altered by the low life scum Rosenbaum? I hope he’s rotting in hell.

What you are saying is we have NO right, absolutely NO right to defend ourselves against attackers. I carry a firearm. If I’m out and about and happen to find myself in the midst of a riot. I retrieve my firearm in case I need it for safe defense. Another pos sees me with it and decides to attack me. You are saying I should just stand there and be assaulted or killed. I’m not permitted to shoot the bastard because all his/her hopes and dreams may die. His/her mama will be left behind. More than likely there isn’t a father so we won’t add him to the sympathy card. Well, OK now. Gotcha!

Seems as though you nailed what the one poster is saying. People attacked by the left-wing thugs that he seems to adore so much have, according to him, no right to self-defense.
