Outland (1981) vs Capricorn One (1978)
which is better?
share"Capricorn One" is one of my all-time favorite movies. It's conspiracy-theory plot is great, plus the cinematography and film score.
"Outland" is really good, and is one of the better reworkings of a classic movie, in this case "High Noon."
Never heard of it till I looked at Peter Hyams filmography after finishing Outland just a minute ago. It's got a pretty high rating, so I might check it out.
It was never on UK TV back in the 80's. Disappeared without a trace after 1977.
