This film contains a scene that I think ranks as one of the most annoying and unfunny ever in the history of cinema. The one were CC and DA land in the medical corps camp and pretend to be doctors, and they meet all the other doctors in a tent and do a full round of introductions, along the lines of "doctor - doctor, doctor - doctor, doctor - doctor, doctor - doctor" etc - it seems to go on forever.

There's no need for name-calling, especially since it's perfectly understandable why someone wouldn't find it funny. I mean, I'm sure A LOT of people don't find Marx Brothers-type comedy to be their cup of tea.
But I'm not one of those. I enjoyed the scene--in fact, it's the film's most clever joke and probably its funniest scene. The film itself isn't great, but likeable enough...especially with its 80's feel and the fact that Chase & Aykroyd were still funny. They just don't make buddy comedies the way they used to it.

Actually the scene is pretty good. I crack up every time I see it.
sharespies like us is one of the funniest movies ever made. tha particular scene is genius. i love when they are done saying "doctor" and akyroyd goes, "did we miss anybody?!" with a big smile on his face. hilarious. i laugh at this movie from start to finish.

I saw the title, "Most Irritating Scene" and knew it was going to be a thread about the doctor scene, and yet I don't find it irritating at all. I find it funny.
Is it weird to find something funny yet recognize that it's probably going to irritate a few people? Thats th beauty of our sense of humor. We're all unique ;)
