You've just made that up. I don't recall anyone ever claiming Silver was lying about his teacher. It's always been known that Kreese (ergo Silver too) learned Tang Soo Do while in Vietnam. Tang Soo Do is Korean so it follows that the teacher at that time was likely Korean seeing as the US forces often got these guys in to teach their personnel.
