The main group of friends are all white except Fez but he's not black so do you consider the show racist?

But if you look up the That 70s Show set in Nigeria, it has only black characters and no white characters. Is that racist?

FACT: No, The show takes place in a small Midwestern town not the south or the inner city. Prove me wrong.
