Films that made you walk out of a cinema midway

This is the only film I've walked out midway through out of disgust. I even waited outside for my friends to finish watching it. That's right, I'd sooner stare at a carpet for 40 minuites than watch this borefest.

One of my friends enjoyed it, I suppose because he was a trainee lawyer at the time. But to quote Peter Griffin, the film imposed on itself.

i wish i did leave. I looked foward in seing this film for so long at it was horrible.

I want to see JUNO so bad but it's another limited release

I liked this movie, I think its underrated. I have walked out on Mr. Magoo, (I was 17 when I went to see it) and the first Tomb Raider. Crash was an awesome film, I cant believe anyone could think it was a pile of crap.

I've never managed to sit through an entire episode of family guy. No lie. Awful, contrived *beep* Let's laugh at the funny voices!

this movie shouldnt be a advertised as a thriller. Usually you would watch a thriller because you expect suspence, depth, twists and a good climax. This movie had none of the above. Its clearly a drama. And if you look at it as a drama rather than expecting a movie with Jackson similar to The Negotiator, then this movie isnt all that bad. But i rarely watch dramas therefore this movie wasnt all that good to me. It just dragged on and on...

I think it's neat that you'd quote Peter Griffin who was written to sound like an idiotic movie reviewer.

Godzilla 2000. I walked out on that. Horrible. Beyond that, I usually like most of what I see. Although I saw Sweeny Todd yesterday, And I'm sad to say I was pretty dissapointed

I don't think I would ever walk out of a cinema, only because it's so bloody expensive to get in in the first place. Why waste my money?

I do agree with you though. I did not enjoy this movie. It was not the worst I've ever seen, but I kept checking the clock to see how much time was remaining. The storyline had potential for them to make so much more out of it.

I liked changing lanes alot.
I have walked out of Lord of the rings....those movies are just not for me.
P.S. I love you, I also walked out on but i snuck into that so it was no biggie and went into one missed call which was also a mistake but more entertaining.

I walked out on

Mortal Kombat
The Incredibles
Pirates of the Caribean 3

Then I came back in after I was done taking a crap. That popcorn just tempts you.

If con is the opposite of pro, wouldn't congress be the opposite of progress?

I may have done something ridiculous like that as a teen, but now, I would stay and watch - I mean, come on, unless it's offensive, I wouldn't leave and stand outside like a moron.

I liked this film immensly. The movie I did WANT to walk out of was Single White Female a ton of years ago (ahem, closer to my teens).

I've never walked out on a film in the theatre but definitely have fallen asleep a few times.

I finally caught Changing Lanes last night on the tube and I didn't think it was that bad and in fact, kind of enjoyed the whole storyline and the way it wrapped up short of the typical Hollywood happy ending for everybody. Samuel L.'s performance was somewhat (for him anyway) understated and heck, I even thought Affleck was decent and that's saying alot.
