Did this movie predict the biden presidency?

After watching this movie again, I realized its a foreshadowing of what's currently going on.

C'mon man!

Rub my hairy legs!

reply

Not yet, but on the way.
Dumb presidents cause a shortfall in education. A shortfall in education causes the election of even dumber presidents.

reply

Biden ISN'T a dumb president.
Trump IS.

reply

They are both not that smart. But wait for 20 years. We will miss them both.

reply

“Biden ISN’T a dumb president”

Lol this comment did not age well

reply

".. this comment did not age well"

Better than Brandon.

reply

He IS Brandon you retard

reply

China is afraid of Trumps "giant brain"

reply

yeh

reply

We agree.

reply

"Did this movie predict the Biden presidency?"

Do bears shit in the woods?

Is the Pope Catholic?

Was Eisenhower bald?

reply

It actually predicted the Trump presidency. A celebrity ended up becoming president in both.

reply

Also they tried growing crops with Brawndo

eerily similar to trying to cure a virus with horse dewormer

reply

Ivermectin is an anti-parasitical medication that has been used in mainstream medicine to treat humans for a long time. There is ample scientific evidence that it useful off-label to treat humans with corona virus. People who think it's just "horse dewormer" are evidence that the idiocracy has arrived.

reply

It's funny how idiots think of other people as being idiots ...

reply

See below. Guess what the source is!

reply

I know exactly what it is . It is used as an anti-parasite for humans and animals and there are no legitimate studies that show it works against coronavirus.

The reference to "horse dewormer" is absolutely legitimate because people were buying the version intended for horses from livestock supply stores and getting sick from it. Hence they WERE using "horse dewormer"

reply

... and yet it outperformed placebos and has been accepted by hoards of physicians around the world as a viable treatment for the symptoms of the Cvirus. All those doctors and patients must be part of the vast anti-Big-Pharma crowd.

reply

No, They did NOT outperform placebos. Multiple studies have been done and in some they actually did worse than the placebos

reply

BS

reply

Proof that you are an Idiot!

Ivermectin is an antiparasitic medication used to treat infestations in humans include head lice, scabies, river blindness, strongyloidiasis, trichuriasis, ascariasis and lymphatic filariasis.

reply

I know exactly what it is
My comment was directed at those who were buying the product that was designed for livestock

I know Ivermectin is a great product for humans who have parasites but its been proven worthless against coronavirus

reply

Except in India and Japan. Must be a race thing...

reply

I guess typing the words just makes it true for you. Thats how alternate reality works

reply

And you are for sure an expert in alternate reality...

Read your sources, genius

reply

If they don't say this they can shut down their website.
But nevertheless: Article is from 2022, research concerning Ivermectin is ongoing in several countries, and hey, nobody cares anymore for the results.

reply

I care about the results. It would be nice to have more information about it and if it actually DID help people I would want to see some facts on it.

reply

It is not relevant anymore. But don’t worry, the next hoax is already in preparation. Not that you are allowed to live a life without fear...

reply

It’s funny how the argument can be made for both Trump and Biden.

reply

That's why I love Mike Judge's work. It gets better with age and the films have themes that transcend their contemporary subjects.

reply

Better or scarier? At this point it's becoming too similar to how 1984 has predicted things.

reply

I honestly think better. Stories with good themes can be applied to any generation. They live, Idiocracy, Invasion of the body snatchers, 1984, lord of the world, Harrison Burgeron, etc... all have timesless themes for every generation.

Fear is a factor, but I just see how ginned up people got in the past and see were not much different today. Fortunately we have such good tales to keep a clear head.
I'm going with better because were not living in N. Korea, The USSR, nazi Germany, or Spain during the inquisition.

reply

its more Biden. its been 3 years now...

reply

Statistically speaking, it is a known fact that the less intelligent Americans tend to vote Republican.

It’s not even debatable.

Trump was the most ignorant President we’ve had in decades and he was voted in by the less intelligent of the population.

Fortunately, there was enough intelligent people to come out and vote him out before he could do further damage.

So, we are safe, for now.

reply

You don't keep up with current events?

reply

Yes.

reply

your dementia president just said that tornadoes are not call tornadoes anymore...

reply

My “dementia” President is doing a great job. He ended a 20 year war, ended participation in the War of Yemen and has a roaring economy.

At the same time, he is not causing a crisis every minute with stupid and false statements.

Things are going well now that we have someone that knows what their doing.

reply

Trump had the deadline for the end of war at May 1, so all props go to him.

dementia Joe botched it and got 13 soldiers killed and stranded 1,000's of Americans and ten of thousands of Afghani's...

reply

Trump had four years to end the war. So, he gets none of the credit. He posponed the exit multiple times. He probably would have done the same.

Afghanistan was always going to end in disaster, whether we left on May 1st or August 31.

300,000 Afghan soldiers with the best U.S. technology allowed themselves to be overwhelmed by 80,000 Taliban.

This was inevitable.

ISIS killed the soldiers. There was little that could be done.

As for Americans in Afghanistan. Screw them. They chose to go to one of the most hostile and unstable countries in their world. They knew this was coming and could’ve left earlier. Many are dual citizens and wanted to stay there.

Still, we got over 100,000 people out. That is a great accomplishment.

reply

if the same thing had happened under Trump, you and Nancy would be having a hissy fit right now, as it is now, no one cares anymore because it all happened a few days ago. dementia Joe used 9/11 as a distraction for the failures of his administration.

dementia Joe is the first president in history to leave behind Americans in a war zone. again, if Trump had done that, Nancy would be trying to impeach him...

reply

No, I would be saying the same thing.

Leaving Afghanistan was a priority for me.

If Trump would’ve done that, I would have congratulated him for it.

But he didn’t.

And, again, I don’t care about Americans going to the world and acting stupid. It’s the same with the kid that went to North Korea and stole something from the hotel. He ended in one of the worst jails in the world. We he came back, he was so sick that he died.

Americans need to learn that the world is a messy place and act accordingly.

reply

"a roaring economy"

Seriously? What we have is roaring inflation and gasoline prices. A completely F'ed up economy. It was much better when Trump was president. The people who vote Democrat self-label as more educated, but in reality what they are is more indoctrinated. People who vote Republican tend to be more mature, responsible, educated in current events, and generally intelligent. They are more likely to approach issues rationally rather than emotionally. Leftism is for the young and inexperienced, who's minds are malleable by teachers and professors (indoctrination). Smarter people outgrow leftism as they grow up. Anyone who thinks Biden is a good president, doing a good job, cannot be very bright.

reply

You wish this were true, but it isn’t.

The most highly educated and smartest people are Democrats or Democratic-leaning Independents.

The inflation is a by-product of the pandemic. Everyone knows that. And we wouldn’t be going through this if Trump hadn’t severely mismanaged the pandemic.

Other than that, the economy is doing well. We have a 3.9% unemployment and wages are rising.

For over the last 30 years all Democratic Presidents have left the country in a better shape than when they entered it. All Republican Presidents in that time have left the country in a worse shape.

Afte the failure of the two Bushes and Trump, it is amazing that people still vote Republican. It takes are special kind of stupid to vote Republican.

reply

I voted Republican in every election since 1980. I voted rationally, for the times. In 2016 I regret I did not vote Hillary, choosing instead Gary Johnson. I knew Trump was a person who cared only for himself. Of course my vote was for naught. Hillary crushed Trump in NY.

Is Biden a good President? Maybe not. But he is not Trump. Today, that is all that matters. He is a menace. He exists only for himself.

reply

You really think Biden is doing great and a competent person?

reply

Let’s take a look at Biden’s record so far: Record inflation, record high gas prices, loss of energy independence, skyrocketing crime rates, an invasion at the southern border, real wages down, attempted unconstitutional mandates, and the Afghanistan debacle with dead military members. Yup, Brandon is doing a bang up job.

reply

The United States has been "energy independent" for 68 of the 119 weeks of President Biden's term in office and has been continuously since March of 2022. By the definition commonly used, The United States is energy independent. (The Trump administration was "energy independent" for 44 of the 208 weeks of its term in office.)

reply

I think you are talking about education not intelligence. The correlation between education and intelligence is a relic of the past and not a valid argument.

Why would millions of intelligent people borrow money to attend a university to learn skills that have no value to society. To date these 'intelligent' people have racked up over a trillion in debt.

reply

JoeBlow88 you are right. I would go a step further to say that what is commonly labeled "education" is actually just leftist indoctrination. Many of the most educated people I have known never went to college, and some of the least educated people I've known have Ph.Ds.

reply

The most ill informed people I ever met were college educated. I know because I went to college with them. College, and education do not make you smart! Having life skills, the ability to read into a situation, knowing when to keep your mouth shut, when to open your mouth, how to listen, how to work hard, having a skill set and knowing how to save money are the things that make you intelligent. I have a bunch of degrees from prestigious colleges, and to get them all I had to do was listen to, and write papers about what the (more often than not) non-tolerant teacher teaching the class wanted to hear. There was no critical thinking whatsoever in most (95%-probably high than that actually) of my classes. College teachers absolutely hated critical thinking. They wanted you simply parrot their beliefs. Yeah, the degrees landed me good jobs, but I can't say that those degrees mean a thing to me- because they don't. They were a big waste of time, energy and money! If more everyday people could get into politics, if we had term limits, and no payment at all in politics than this country would not be in the shape that it is in. Politicians should be everyday working people making everyday decisions. They should meet once in awhile to make important decisions regarding the country. They should work REAL jobs. Jobs like being a cook, a janitor, a car repair man, etcetera. Then people would make decisions for the people rather than making decisions in order to control the people, and become rich. It use to be that way in this country- along the way this country lost that. End of rant.

reply

That’s bullshit and you know it.

The most loud mouth and ignorant people are those with less of a high school education.

We see it every day.

The problem is that we have a lot of ignorant people with a severe inferiority complex who think they know more than those that are educated.

They are the ones that vote in people like Trump and wreck things for the rest of us.

The Trump Presidency is a cautionary tale of what happens when you vote in unqualified people due to the hubris of the ignorant.

Now we have a real President that is handling things correctly and professionally.

reply

...because his butt's been wiped by people like you. Sorry, but I can't stand these apologies for even the most idiotic politicians anymore. It seems the only parts of modern governments working well are the propaganda ministries.

reply

You're the type of person who didn't believe that they were going to die even as they were being loaded onto the trains. I hope and pray that one day your eyes will be opened.

reply

My eyes are open. I just wish Trump supporters would do that. They are a drag on society.

reply

I'm not a Trump supporter. So, by you assuming that I am proves that you believe that anyone who thinks differently than you do is an evil Trump supporting Republican. Sorry, but you just proved that your eyes are completely closed.

reply

If you are not a Trump supporter, then I am.

reply

Okay, so we agree- Biden Sucks! Awesome!

reply

Clever, but no. Biden is a great President and I love having him in office. So, do most intelligent people. 😎

reply

brandon just lets go brandoned himself.

reply

"The most loud mouth and ignorant people are those with less of a high school education."

Based on your posts that means you have "less of a high school education".Though, as an English major I think you meant "less than a high school education".

reply

Awww! A grammar Nazi trying to sound smart. Lol.

reply

a dementia patient just got voted in by democrats and chicanery. Brandon is 79 now. talking about less intelligent.

reply
