Blatent pro-migrant/refugee Amazon production filmed in Czechia

It's set in Victorian times when all nations were picky about immigrants. Czech Republic is one of several EU members rejecting EU pro-migrant policies!

Storyline: "This growing immigrant population struggles to coexist with humans in the grimiest section of the city -- forbidden to live, love, or fly with freedom. But even in darkness, hope lives, as a human detective, Rycroft Philostrate, and a refugee faerie named Vignette Stonemoss rekindle a dangerous affair despite an increasingly intolerant society. "

let me guess, the humans are the baddies and the immigrants are noble savagey.

have you watched it?, is it worth a look?

Not really. It's basically an alternative British Empire at the time when newly conquered people started tickling in to the Isles.
A lot of them are scum: criminals, drug lords masquerading as revolutionaries, religious fanatics and so on and so forth.
There's prejudice on both sides. And it's quite clear that should the situation be reversed the fairy-folk and other species would have been just as brutal and racist.

Not worth your time. I got through about 3 episodes in order then just skipped to the last episode because it was so slow and boring. It isn't worth your time... the big reveal at the end is laughable. I wish I had skipped it completely.
