Untill L died.. It became a little slow and boring after that, but still a amazing series, Recomend it to all

But I honestly thought and hoped L would return, because he was killed unjustly by a shinigami, who then also 'died', I was expecting some twist where the king of the shinigami would have resurrected L in retribution for the forbidden act that Rem committed on L, to the shock of Light for the final showdown, and ultimate demise of Light, but sadly no such twist happened :[
And we never even saw the King of the Shiringami :( Were they keeping him for later but the show was canned earlier and had no chance to present him?
