Was Stan Lee the one that prevented Marvel Movies from going woke?

The timing fits.

Stan Lee's health declining, you started to see some wokeness in Marvel Movies. He finally died a few months ago, and since then Marvel Movies has gone full woke.

It's true that Marvel Comics went woke under his watch, but it didn't seem that he wasn't paying much attention, his job there already done. He seemed to be focused in the Marvel Movies cycle. So, I was wondering... did he had some kind of 'veto' that could prevent the movies from going woke? Some kind of 'well, you're doing that, then I put a veto'.

Stan Lee stopped having any major say in the company in the 70’s. He was just a figurehead for several decades.

I know. But I wonder if he kept some kind of 'veto', some nuclear option. The timing fits. I wonder whether it's a coincidence or Stan Lee kept an ace up the sleeve.

Stan once had to sue Marvel to get some money from the Raimi Spider-Man movies so I doubt he had any power whatsoever.

Not the same. You don't use some 'veto' option because you have some argument about percentages. That would have killed his prestige.

Get woke go broke. Marvel knew full well they had to do the frog in the kettle trick with this franchise or it never would have gotten off the ground.
