kids orgy?

It isn't an orgy but it's still messed up. We're lost in these sewers and we need the strength to go on, we need to reconnect as a group... When I read the book I was scratching my head like "wtf was that for?"

then recommended the book to a friend who read it and brought up not just he thought it was totally unnecessary but also asked a teacher of him who also read the book about it and s/he (have no idea about the teachers gender) said it was so out of place as well, in fact we all agreed it was the most unnecessary and not needed part in the book.

but maybe we are all stupid.

..or having a bunch of kids to come inside of their female friend as an idea of "strengthening bonds" is just a ridiculously bad idea.
