Bella has a dual identity – the dead mother (the body) and the newborn child (the mind). Although it has been established in the film that Bella did not start having sex until she reached the age of marriage, yet the viewer who hold strong antipathy to pedophilia and necrophilia may still find it difficult to sit there and watch those sex scenes through.

I remember reading the plotline on wikipedia and saying to myself after I was done, "What the hell did I just read?" I think it can best be summed up as,

"Wannabe Frankenstein scientist brings a dread woman back to life, and she runs off to Europe to have sex with everyone. The end."
