didn't scifi have a show on a few years ago about a spacship but the ship was still on earth and all the crew thought they were in space?????????

"Ascension" from 2014. It was a 3 episode mini-series, though if it had received better ratings I think it would have continued.

was this a syfy show? after they dropped all their big scifi shows i never tune into that channel anymore, i always miss their stuff.

Yes. Watched it, but have no remembrance of what it was called. It was pretty bad. I hope Silo is not going to turn into some version of that.

If I had to guess there will be something like the end of THX-1138, where they crawl out onto the surface of a planet to start anew. I sort of think though that in our current situation, when we destroy the Earth there will be no rebirth.

Ascension. I actually enjoyed it, but then suddenly it was over.

Having not read the books, Early in the season, I theorized that Silo would also be about them in a giant cylinder in space en route to some distant star system and no one had any idea they were in space because a previous rebellion killed off anyone that actually knew about it.
