Played all of the installments on console, not seen the film yet, is it worth watching?

Yeah I think so. It's NOT as bad as the critics say. It's honestly very watchable and has a lot of enjoyable moments. There's a lot worse things you could spend 2 hours on.
shareDefinitely agree with this. At the very least, you will like it. If you like it as much as I did, you may even want to see it again. There are little things I missed the first time around :)

shareI really liked the Warcraft movie. I went in with low expectations and was surprised by the likeable characters, the convincing performances of the cast, the pacing, the overall feel. It left me hoping for a sequel that will never come.

No. It's garbage and is the complete opposite of what made the games good.
shareSaw it last night and I enjoyed thoroughly. Maybe the only "big" problem I can se is that they try to cram a lot of history fom the games in the movie, but the characters, sets and action scenes are great.
As a plus, almost all the movie was filmed in camera and not cgi, including fights and so on. It gives the movie a unique style.
No, it's not. The problem is that this film is the start of a franchise, so they have tried to fit in all the story of Abastergo and the Animus in this movie, i.e. it's mainly set in present day. I'd say the historical part is only a very small portion, and that's the problem with it for me.
I hope that they will fix that in number two, but in my opinion, they should have crammed the modern day stuff into 30 or 40 minutes, and then created the mystery in the historical parts, such as missions, finding the chests etc. None of that was in there. It was dull.
Its not unwatchable, it just isn't the best. Besides, you can't crituque it if you haven't seen it.
