I mean is it possible for these kind of people to exist. So much evil in their head , so much inhumanity. The amount of brutality these people have shown is unbearable. I think even animals cannot do so much to someone. What are your opinions

I've recently read a few stories on the internet about real life events and people that were really sick and to give you a short answer yes, us normal folks are sharing this planet with freaks like the ones portrayed in this movie and the first one. What's even more unbelievable is that there are even worse people out there.

The news really does wonders. Just saying... People are VERY twisted creatures, which is why these types of films exist. It's the "creative imagination" of the writers/directors. If someone can think it, someone out there is capable of doing what they thought up. I could see some weirdos, with a penchant for violence, or pain dim-witted watching this and getting off, then going and doing those things, much like Georgy. The news has tons of tales of human sales for rape purposes all the time. It's definitely not outside the realm of possibility.
Basically, if you don't believe there's a buttload of wackos out there, maybe you should not watch this movie, or anything like this movie, keep that innocence... for what has been seen cannot be unseen!
In other news, i actually thought the movie was well done, it was horrifying, and that's exactly what it was supposed to be, and enlightening to exactly your questions. Some of the acting was kinda shoddy, but it still got the point across well. I got a little sick to my stomach at a couple of the scenes. A lot of wincing and cringing...
