will people seriously boycott the show over Roseanne political views?

Personally I am looking forward that show and unless it's creator his accused of unforgiving crime I can separate the art from the artist but seems like people are really angry at Roseanne for supporting Donald Trump.do you think this will affect the show success?

I’ll admit tonight watching the show I learned she supported Trump. I don’t keep up with many celebrities and like most I assumed she hated Trump. So I was very shocked to see her supporting him. I voted for him too.

Do you want him to invade your country? Iran?

It would be stupid if they did. I hate Trump but I still love Tim Allen and can't wait to see his rumored Home Improvement revival if it should come back.

It hasn't stopped me from watching the Roseanne revival.

I don't allow my opinions of a president or party sway my view of entertainment. Besides, Roseanne Season 10 handled it surprisingly well: they neither mentioned either candidate by name and poked fun at BOTH parties. In other words, the revival has, so far, done exactly what the show has always done in its glory days: remain politically even, poking fun at both sides. That's how it should be.

I was completely fine with it. I may not like that Roseanne (the character) is now a Trumper but the show is, thankfully, not harping on it as I was initially worried about and is, instead, playing it up to comedic effect.

Isn't that Liberal of you?

I surmise if I went and looked at your previous comments on the Interwebs, I'd find something like this only against Obama.

I have to admit, I watch a snippet of the show for a second, but to answer your question, yes. I have no interest in contributing anything, my money, my time or any bandwidth of my to anything that supports Dottard J. Trumpfoon. The man is like the anti-George Washington ... the executioner of our country. A horrible man, and Roseanne ... well, I've listened to her half-assed rants on You-Tube videos, and she is a real nutcase as well.

Rosanne has always enjoyed controversy as a means to bring attention to her show by pissing people off. I'm not saying whether or not that's a good thing or a bad thing, but she seems to thrive on bad publicity.
