Werewolves, trolls, vampires, dwarfs, and dragons.

...what more could you want.

I enjoyed the first episode, looking forward to the rest.

An original story, a coherent fictional world, interesting characters, good dialogue, humor.
None of that is in the series.

Then, you must be watching a different series cause I found all that in this one, unless you were hoping and expecting something else and this is what you got instead. I don't ever expect a live adaptation to meet the expectations of a novel. I go into it with little or no expectations so that I may be optimistically surprised by it. It is usually when I have high hopes and expectations that I end up disappointed.

Oh, after the trailers I had no expectations at all. But it seems the only people who did any real good work in this are the folks from the design department.

I want to watch a show about Terry Pratchett's the Watch, but that is now what we got, we got an awful perversion of the source material, and it makes me sad, I waited for this show for a long time, when Terry died I was afraid that the show would not happen, it looks like I was right, The Watch is my favorite of the storylines from Discworld, and I hope some day a person with love for Terry's Discworld comes along and does it well.

After the 4th episode i can say that i enjoyed it.

And the socialist trolls are hilarious ... and so is Death ...

Probably because i don't really care about the source material ...
