I agree. It's really the only explanation that makes the most sense.
lol, that was golden! Could have happened I guess, but it wouldn't explain why the Terminator also went back in time naked without weapons. Perhaps even machines in the future have a sense of humor and they played a similar trick on him as well.
Well yeah, I think most people know that, but for the sake of the plot all we know is what Kyle says and what we see.
Well that was how Kyle described it, but we also get the impression that he didn't really understand fully how it worked, so perhaps his description is inaccurate.
Yeah, I was surprised when Arya said she was going to explore uncharted areas. Why would there be any uncharted areas left? Her and Jon's conversation lead me to believe that a good chunk of the world may be unexplored still. Why? There were so many factions that had very capable fleets, so there is no reason to believe that their world would not have been mapped out already for the most part.

No. The plot hole Ebert referred to is the scene with the truck and the decapitated head. If Marie is telling her side of the story and her version of how the events unfolded, then the decapitated head scene does not work. Marie wasn't there to see it and how exactly would that have fitted into her story as she is supposedly telling it to the police? It doesn't.
Yeah, Grey Worm and the Unsullied were slaughtering soldiers who had surrendered without a second thought or hesitation, so it makes perfect sense that they wouldn't kill Jon after murdering Dany and just take him prisoner for a trial of some sort.
If the economy was as bad as you say, Obama wouldn't have tried to take credit for it. He said it would collapse under Trump. Then when it didn't, he credited himself for it. That should tell you something.
