Cap has the type of personality that he is always going to work hard, even though he has super powers. So I think youre right because he would have been training very hard plus he had top people to train with like Nat.
Youre right, they moved her powers down from the comics but she is still the most powerful superhero of all the MCU. Basically like Marvel's Superman except I dont think she has any special weakness like kryptonite.

You can like the movies and still think that there was some missed opportunities, like not ever getting the old cast together for at least one scene.
But she was running also! That was interesting and original. Who has ever run in a movie before?

My 2 cents is about the same. I was psyched for this movie, and went on opening night. It was fun, just not as good as I hoped and Brie Larson...meh. She acted like she had somewhere better to be.
