I love movies like these, good monster, creature slasher type movies where you just plain watch, and enjoy for what it is..!
As the other person mentioned, the remake is almost the same, less gore and less nudity, in fact, the ONLY nudity we see is the boob of one of the dead protester girl who gave birth on the beach..
The re-used lots of the Carnival scenes and kills, and the women are all in a cave stuck in some kind of goo wall...!
I guess, they're used as breeder stock where as in the original, they're raped and used only once.!
We see a few other women being raped.. the roller skate girl at the carnival, the woman dragged off into the water by other humanoids...and in the deleted scenes, we see 4 other women getting raped ( in which we see one of her shoes in the shore beaches in the movie).
If you're talking about Lisa Glaser, she's also in the movie "Blind Date", but apart from that, no other movies..!
Yes, a pity the women are a one time use only...! Would have been nice to make them breeders for life .
"We were soldiers" is just your typical american macho hero shit.. it was tolerable, but just that one "macho scene" of Mel Gibson shooting a Vietcong running towards him without even looking completely trashed the movie...!
The type of movie where americans kill 20 enemies with a few rounds, but the enemy can't aim or hit a soldier.. that's your typical Hollywood trash...!

What ever the spelling..! There's various shots, where the Odyssey just shoots phasers, as well as the runabouts (that are supposed to be equipped with extra banks of photon torpedoes) that persue the ships..

You're joking right.. !? His acting (if you can call it that) was terrible, it's a match between him and Scott Baluka (both terrible actors), their sense of emotions is non existant, the way they talk, either happy, sad or mad, are all similar, it DID improove a bit in the later seasons, but the first 4 seasons.. unbearable to watch this guy..!
Great, now, I am going to look up Vanessa Hudgens.. don't know who she is.. but you just digged into my curiosity.. :P
