I would say The Cable Guy, The Green Hornet, Eyes Wide Shut there are many other titles I gonna updated later

shareDont know if they are really "hated" but it seems common for people to trash The Matrix sequels. I thought they were all great.
shareMatrix sequels are just bad compared to the first one. I also enjoyed them very much. But yes the first one is clearly way better.
I also like Superman IV (starring Christopher Reeves) which everyone despises. It also way worse than the predecessors in the series. Still, I like it nonetheless.
Green Hornet was goofy but fun. The other two are just good movies, period.
shareFrom what I've read, Ishtar was a bomb that even its stars, Dustin Huffman and Warren Beatty don't like to talk about, but I thought it was hilarious! So did my cousin. She rented it and told me about it.

I don't know why everybody hates it. It has a good story, great soundtracks, is funny and beautifully animated.
It was way too late though. If it came out in 2012 maybe it would be better accepted, I think.
Halloween III Season of the Witch
But everybody seems to like it now. That's one of those movies that gets more appreciated as the years go by.
