I cannot find it on youtube, nor anywhere else it seems, but back in the Napster days, I downloaded (don't judge me) a version of The First Noel by what I believe to be the Mormon Tabernacle Choir which is really cool. Melodically it switches from major to minor key in the verses, and I really like it.
