My mother used to make her special eggnog every Christmas eve party. She would dump a bunch of eggnog in a punch bowl then add a fifth of dark rum and vanilla ice cream to keep everything cool. I dislike eggnog but my mom's eggnog was the best!

I have to laugh at this. My bff and I one year gave each other kitchen towels with the hanging loop. Both bought them from different grannies, at separate craft sales. The ones she gave me had crocheted tops, and the ones I gave had knitted tops. Hahaha.
