It's strange, I criticize his performances a lot, but there a lot of times I'll watch a movie that he's not in and think, "John Cusack would be a better fit in this movie than this guy". 7/10

Something similar. He never repaid the precious time I wasted watching him on screen.

indeed .
imdb give less weight to 1 and 10 votes because the voter is clearly not being fair / unbiased

many statisticians will just cut off the top & bottom 10% of stats for the same reason

He's alright.. I just watched him in the movie "1408" The DIRECTOR'S CUT and he did a fine job and I especially enjoyed the ending and of course he was also in RUNAWAY JURY and IDENTITY.. I'd rate him 9.5/10
