Sometimes in certain discussions, I was uncertain as to WHICH direction to take the matter too.

As in, do I talk about reality in general, or how much I dislike certain culprits, ONLY focus on victims and how to help them, what I saw in a film including if that scene was it AND what was it trying to say, where I STAND on all of this etc, and this applied to a lot of matters in life in general.

Reality, wishful thinking, basic questions, and apologies for any inconvenience.

But sometimes, I wasn't too in the mood for total reality (as in ONLY reality), I also had some people in family who looked at matters OVERALL and not just how to help those affected but I wondered if that was productive knowing other stuff I discovered, in other cases I wondered but was uncertain if something WAS it BUT, I often secretly and even openly, wanted to avoid PANIC and didn't always feel like, at times for even personal reasons, going down certain routes but even so, in some cases, that was understandable as well, and I was preparing myself mentally for later cases too. Sometimes stigma of something gets into one's soul and just to inform you folks...

I only have ONE head, ONE brain, ONE body and ONE SOUL, I don't have "two souls". Hence sometimes, you know, but I get it too. In other cases I was having escapist and disturbing fun but of a variety of a gore hound and a movie sleaze hound but not real life pervert or apologist for ANY bad deeds of any kind, and I recently turned out to be not beyond "surprise shock value" in ADDITION to all that - notwithstanding certain understandable emotions folks.

And what do we think about people on the internet who are RIGHT about something in general but maybe too fierce and hateful towards culprits, whereas others say "if you execute them, you will be just as bad as them even in recognized examples with "you know what gender" as perpetrators", like, WHO is right and what is the stance, and are the former just being PERSONALLY angry or are they revealing some ACTUAL TRUTH? Even if in general, I do agree. Besides, I am a polite individual IN GENERAL and I prefer to stay that way too.

But a combination of these things just made me occasionally feel lost in some or other moments, and if I did mess up here or elsewhere, I DO apologize too.

I also had times in life where some people continued to express anger at something as oppose to try to explain it. They also forgot that law is man made, imperfect and rather complex overall, hence why I occasionally questioned it too, and some matters I thought of in certain ways not just due to its legal stance. But OK.

Point is, in addition to knowing truth, I sometimes wanted closure and assurance and "Ah, so that's why and how..." type of mantra, but on rare occasions I got a bit lost, that's alright now though too.

Welcome to the club; we're all lost in this life, and have to make our way through it, whether with help or on our own.

reply

We're only lost if we let others guide us.

reply

Not always.

Well, having walked off the beaten path in a park, I got temporarily lost through no one's actions other than my own.

Plus, you sometimes see neat shit when you get lost. That should be on a t-shirt.

parkerbot, after that incredible story. I stick to my guns. I apologise for how slow my response is. It seems on Movie Chat I have to have my chat limited in case I post Apple crumble recipes. The moderators know how much better my recipes are to theirs. Have faith, my brother. One day I will walk among you, One day I will become.....A Movie Chatterer

reply

You're limited because you're new, keep posting and eventually you'll be able to do so more frequently...

Yeah I know, used to have an old account here from the beginning. It's tedium though. How many potential users get put off because of hooplah.

reply

If you start posting samaonjoes level puns, we will all hate you.

But in a nice way.

How do you make a cat go woof?

You get it used to something...Like say, summer, then you destroy the weather, you are a hateful ugly race, then you place science over religion. You forget. ME!

Just say no to drugs kids.

Some guides aren't bad.

The way I see it, is that the sky is blue. It's science that we see the sky as blue because it has the shortest wave lengths. It is also true that the sky can be grey if it's cloudy or polluted. We can also see an orange sky when the sun is at it's highest due to smoke in the air. Not to mention storms can create a green appearing sky. These are all true. Not to mention the colours we can get during the sunset.

So just because something is true it doesn't mean that someone will see it the same way at the same time, and not have their experience be the truth as well.

I was also guilty in speaking in ambiguous language at times here and there and looking for emotional conclusion and a satisfying narrative but it didn't even come in THEORY but oh well, and folks if anyone who know me are reading this, its fine and no grudges are held at all. :)

In our world of HUMANITY, that is, human beings of course as a species, including but not limited to modern times, we mostly live a life of the following:

The truth as well as facts and statistics and whatnot, the hype, the anger of certain individuals both righteous and insane including logical AND illogical, the use of swear words (I don't mean to come across as any type of weak coward etc and I am not TOO "offended" by them but sometimes, they can succeed in being off-putting and FEELING cheaply provocative), people having a relaxed attitude versus people being in possession and even OBSESSION of facts and going with the flow of either ones, the harsh and gritty reality that talks of actions and consequences versus people's fantasies (and as it turns out, in some matters MORE than others - political correctness or lack thereof notwithstanding), vulnerability of humans versus wannabe toughness of others, people who care too much or not enough and in some cases not at all, then there's "stuff" like law and morality (some say RELIGION plays a role in it as well, but how much and to WHAT degree and is it always right? Also, God's existence was never officially PROVEN, nor disproven for that matter, maybe no one REALLY cares, right?), stuff like school, parents etc and on lesser sides - movies, music, books, video games and today ESPECIALLY - the internet, on every corner.

So its like you know, not a perfect surprise that we may have some uncertainties here and there in terms of where to REALLY take our discussions. But in the end, they nearly ALWAYS LAND on facts.
