I HATED born in the USA. Repetitive non melodic belly aching POS. Never been a Springsteen fan and surprised so many people were into his bombastic songs. It didn't surprise me at all when I found out about his political life.

I never paid attention to his politics, but I always noticed he talked with a bit of a southern accent, that didn’t sound natural for a guy from New Jersey.

And he wrote "Mansion on the Hill"...

Admit it. You all used to love him until the elitist politicians and entertainers in the Republican Party, who themselves have "fake, blue collar" personalities, told you not to like Bruce Springsteen anymore. Bruce is from a true, working class background.

I am the opposite of Bruce politically, but I love his music, so I ignore his politics. Liberal Bruce fans of mine admire me that I can still enjoy his music and concerts, while being political opposites; Some of my conservative friends have given up on him.

At least he's honest about his "fake blue collar" persona. On the Netflix special "Bruce on Broadway", he confesses that he's never worked a day in his life in a mill or factory, and that "I've never even worked five days a week — until now." (his multi-night Broadway show).
