Looking at photos of both women as themselves Lily/Yvonne DeCarlo easily.

In make up/character though Morticia looked better.

Jones was at her sexiest in that slinky black dress in "The Addams Family", but overall I'd give De Carlo the edge, in spite of the grotesque makeup and her being older. Check her out as Gina Ferrara in "Brute Force" when she was twenty-four. Yowza!!!

I find Morticia very sexy, but not Carolyn Jones. Yvonne De Carlo is very attractive , but not sexy to me.

So on looks vs. sexy, I would go with Lilly.
