I used to ALWAYS crack up at this line:

I'm not sure exactly what Ray says but it's funny bc to me it sounds like he says "I'm going to go change into my VACATION 'cloths'..." He doesn't say it like "CLOTHES" but says it like "CLOTHS" which I thought was kind of subtle but funny.
shareyes! i've always loved that part too for its subtlety... he says "i'm going to change into my vacation togs!" (togs being another word for clothes.)

Just have one line to add to this thorough list.
When Ray is digging in the back yard of the Klopeks house, and Art is just sitting on the ground doing nothing. He says, "You know, Ray, this is alot more work than I thought it was going to be." I quote this line all the time!

When Ray is sleeping and Art tells him "we snuffed em out" then Ray rants over the note Ray Peterson: Well the old guy... He saw me write a note and put it under Walter's door SO NOW THEY'RE GONNA THINK THAT I DID IT! as he hits his chest HAHA classic!
Also when Ray is stuck in the Hole and yells "I hit the gas pipe art run" and the way Art just screams and runs away and doesnt even look back is hilarious!
