Sarah Jane Smith was always my favourite. Probably because she was Tom Baker's companion when I first started watching. I was so happy to see her in the school reunion episode. Plus she looked great.
I also think that Jack is a pretty hot companion.
Definitely Rose and Amelia even though they're both smokers. Yuck!

shareI saw two lists who puts Clara over Amy. They are clearly wrong. Clara is cute and attractive but I wouldn't call her "hot". Too... wholesome. Not even that black latex number makes her sizzle. Amy on the other hand is sex on damned long legs.
