Your skin and hair would be filthy. Sweat causes dust to stick. Sticking your head in a bucket of water would make it really gross.
There would be so many insects spiders would take residence. How about a shrew family in your hair. Now your hair is full of shit!
How do you eat? Throw your food in a blender and drink through a straw? No wonder they never show that.
They can take their helmet off, they just can't take it off infront of anyone. When no ones around i assume they all take their helmets off and eat, shower etc. Just when infront others they're on duty and Mandalorian's and mustn't be seen as anything else.
shareWell we saw Mando on a ship by himself and dude still does not take the helmet. Eventually they all get scared so much about helmet that they are afraid to take it off even no one one is around.

shareWell we just saw in the latest episode they all went off alone to take their helmets off so they could eat.
shareThe first season shows him taking the helmet off to eat. He just didn’t do it in front of anyone. I imagine the same goes for hygiene.
