Incredibly realistic. Like you said, her expression perfectly captured her nervousness and discomfort. She really should have been honest and told him she was a virgin. Maybe he would have been more gentle and deflowered her missionary style rather than just bending her over and forcing it in like that. It might have saved her some pain.

Uhm, I would say the entire "lovemaking" scene was just plain wrong as would the female "participant", but yes the face smashing seemed to make an already brutal scene even worse.
