You know things are complicated when you completely forget that someone's married to somebody else. I forgot all about Sansa's marriage to Tyrion. Love this site, but one thing I would add is being able to like great posts like yours - well said! It's kind of sad that little Lady Marmont has more brains and character than Sansa (and many of the male characters as well). I find Sansa really irritating and I hate how she publicly undercuts Jon. I can see Littlefinger manipulating her pretty easily. Maybe once Arya shows up she'll have the smarts to handle the situation properly. I think Theon would actually be better off dead in his hyper macho culture than to be the coward that he is, and probably always has been. Theon's great weakness throughout the series is that he always tried to pretend he was tougher and more in charge than he actually is and that's what created his great errors like killing the farm boys. A redemption arc would have been nice, even if he failed, I just don't see how his character can come back from this. What I don't get is Jon having some sense of how bad Littlefinger is, and then just letting him KNOW this, attacking him, and then....letting him live. When you let an enemy like LF know that you consider him one, and that you're willing to kill him, you better just do it because you just know that LF is going to set up something nasty for Jon. The Stark family is very brave and noble, but they don't seem to be that big on brains or planning. Kind of hard to miss those enormous ships of Euron's even in the dark - there should have been several watchmen set just as a matter of good practice. Even if they didn't expect to meet anyone there could also be other dangers that might crop up at sea. Kind of unbelievable to be taken like that with an attack before Euron's fleet is sighted right off their bows. I agree with you. Arya has turned into quite the mass murderer and she doesn't seem to have any qualms about it - she enjoys it. I think she's always on a knife point ready to kill anyone who says a word that triggers her. I have to wonder what the quieter Sansa will turn into, in her own way, because of the psychotic people and conditions she's been exposed to. Maybe Euron should be king of the Iron Islands as he certainly is tougher and cannier than Yara and those gals from Dorne. I don't think there's anyone in charge in Dorne now, they all up and left for Westeros, without clearly leaving anyone in charge. This is why rulers have generals and admirals - so they don't have to go to places personally. A lesson Jon Snow is going to have to learn.... You're not alone. I prefer the dragons to any of the humans on the show. Such magnificent beasts, so well done. No home should be without one!
