I use https://moviechat.org/latest most of the time, and I think about 30% of posts are Trump, that Swedish girl, or some other hot topic person that has nothing to do with movies
shareGeneral covers things that aren't always related to movies or tv so of course they will show up. We can't ban people talking about a general subject just because some people don't want to talk about whatever it is.

Trump, being an actor prior to his Presidency, can also be posted about on the other boards when it is relevant to that part of his career.

shareAs a general rule, I'm against reporting anything at all. I'm not going to get worked up if some anonymous person is insulting me on the internet. In my view, it wasn't all the "trolls" that got IMDB boards shut down, it was all the people who complained to the site. If they never complained there never would have been any reason for the mods there to take action.

I dont think ive ever seen anyrhing on this board said to anyone(let alone me) that would warrant a "reporting" as opposed to a "leaving the conversation"
