I don't think convicted felons should be eligible to run for US president

Sorry but we need a standard of ethics and integrity for our president of the USA.

Donald Trump doesn't qualify under those circumstances.

reply

I 100 % agree.

reply

Goes without saying

reply

Trump supporters do not get it.

reply

You'll get over it. I don't believe in Prosecutors taking misdemeanor charges and turning them into Felonies just to try and make a case to put the man in prison just because you don't like him, but that's what we're seeing?? 🤔

reply

That type of fraud is a misdemeanor? Is that what you said?

reply

Yes. They were nothing more than misdemeanor charges that the Statute of Limitations had expired and as a result, they had no case unless they upgraded them to Felonies, even the lowest class felony just to drag out a trial over it and essentially, it backfired

reply

A conviction is a backfire?

reply

It's impossible to upgrade a change to a felony unless the actual charge is a felony.

So you're saying that what Trunp was convicted of he didn't even do because what he really did was a misdemeanor fraud?

reply

His charges were nothing more than misdemeanor charges that had expired due to the Statute of Limitations and as a result, they managed to upgrade it to a Felony for no other reason than they simply don't want him to win in November and he will. The end

reply

Whatever. Trump belongs in prison.

reply

Amen to that, lock him up yesterday!

reply

Well they were felony charges, the statute of limitations hadn't expired and they were felony conviction.
And there was nothing unusual about the charges. In NY, fraudulent business records has been charged as a felony 9,800 times since 2016.

reply

I think all candidates should have to take a competency test. But Biden refuses.

reply

You think Trump would do it ?
The live debate is as close as we'll get to that.

I know Trump claims he's been tested and has the highest IQ on the planet , obviously , but thats different to actually doing it rather than lying about it.
Trump hasnt yet grasped the difference.

reply

Please post a link to where Trump says he has the highest IQ on the planet as revealed in a competency test.

I saw an interview where he talked about the questions that were asked for competency, and they're interested in how your short-term memory is doing and other things. Not IQ. It's not an IQ test. Once you get past a certain age you get used to that "Can you be trusted to chew gum and walk at the same time without somehow managing to blow your head off" kind of test. I'm at that age. No, it's not even remotely an IQ test. It is a test for basic competency.

I hear they've left off the question of "Who is President?" because people have started to give their opinions. "Since it's obviously NOT Biden, I think it's probably...." 😂

reply

he has boasted about his IQ quite a lot , admittedly not "highest on the planet" but its a lot of big talk for someone whose never proved his IQ

https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2017-10-10/trump-has-the-highest-iq-he-says-so-himself

(although its all a bit "academic" as IQ is a not a very scientific measurement anyway i believe)

reply

Oh stop!! Trump has never claimed for one minute to have the highest IQ on the fucking planet, so just stop.. He probably does have a high IQ, but not the smartest man in the world 😂

reply

I was being a little facetious yes , but usually when Trump is giving his level of competency at any given subject the level is "The greatest"

He's never proved this IQ though has he , despite much bragging :
https://www.bloomberg.com/view/articles/2017-10-10/trump-has-the-highest-iq-he-says-so-himself

some highlights from that article are
Tillerson—who is the former chief executive of one of the world's largest corporations, Exxon Mobil, and has a degree in engineering—must be dumb if he didn't realize that questioning Trump's smarts is a dangerous game.

Trump's always been the world's leading gladiator when it comes to IQ smackdowns.

In 2016, he challenged London's mayor, Sadiq Khan, to compare IQ tests after Khan dismissed Trump's take on Islam as "ignorant."

Trump has also boasted that he has a higher IQ than George W. Bush, Barack Obama, George Will, Karl Rove and the entire staff of the Washington Post. Lest he missed anyone, Trump has also issued blanket warnings to those who might question his intellectual chops, as he did in this Twitter post from 2013:

--------------------------
trump tweet:
"Sorry losers and haters, but my I.Q. is one of the highest -and you all know it! Please don't feel so stupid or insecure,it's not your fault"

reply

Are you sure Trump could pass a competency test? It seems that a lot of supporters and donors are coming out of meetings with him in recent weeks thinking he is really losing his mental acuity. Can't string thoughts together into any coherent message, meanders, can't focus.

Biden, mean time, is running the country and leading the free world.

reply

That a dem controlled court conducted a sham trial and delivered a political conviction,

is not a smear on TRUMP, but proof that Biden and teh dems are against human rights and for government oppression.

reply

Nothing in the Constitution prevents someone with an indictment or conviction from running as president.

reply

That’s because no one believed it would ever happen

reply

… That a tyrannical government which is guilty of treason and selling the USA as a corporation would falsely accuse and convict a president that has exposed them to “we the people” and the rest of the world? … Yes, no one believed that would ever happen.

reply

LOL!

reply

You’re insane

reply

I agree there should be standards. The problem is any corrupt court system could go after their political enemies. It's a shame this nation "of the people" doesn't have high enough standards to choose wisely in the first place.

reply

Since 1871, our country has been owned by the Cabal, and "We the People" don't have any say in "choosing."

They Choose and they select.

reply

The cabal chose Trump! That's insane!

reply

They chose him and yet, they've been persecuting him, falsely accusing him and trying to imprison him?

Do you ever read and think about your nonsense?

reply

I can't believe this evil cabal chose a convicted felon!

What's up with this crazy cabal?

reply

That cabal made him a felon.

reply

@ tvfan......
No, Trump did this to himself. He is responsible for being a convicted felon. The physical evidence in the court was enough to convict him. The jurors listened to and saw the evidence enough to convict him. Trump is a convicted felon.......34 times.

reply

The only people who believe that are those who suffer from TDS.

reply

@ tvfan.....Keep telling yourself that. That fact is Trump is a convicted felon, like it or not.

reply

Everyone with any common sense knows that we have a two-tiered justice system.

Where is the prosecution for Garland's contempt?

Where is the elevated felony for Garland's contempt?

What happened to "no one is above the law?"

reply

The cabal is coming over your house tonight for dinner.

Are you making your famous shark salad again?

reply

the Cabal chose Biden, thats even more insane!!

reply

There you go, now that makes perfect sense.

I think Yahtzee is going insane.

reply

yahtzee is creeping up to Level 9 TDS. you dont want to go over 10...

reply

The jury was made up of people.

reply

yeah, they were people. allegedly.

reply

Are you saying that you can get on a jury in the US without being a person?

reply

in Dictator Joes new america, anything is possible...

reply

That's the opposite of what you've been saying.

reply

not really, because people are people.

reply

What were the jurors if not people?

reply

not sure if they were people. more than likely they were automatons programmed to hate Trump. hence the guilty verdict on a misdemeanor that occurred 8 years ago.

reply

Trump said they were battery sharks!

reply

they are eco friendly sharks and they only eat people on the weekends.

reply

Who’d you vote for the last 4 presidential elections?

Or name all the Republicans you’ve ever voted for in any election.

reply

2020 - None of the Above
2016 - None of the Above
2012 - None of the Above
2008 - None of the Above

reply

Yes but you didn’t make a moronic post about reeeeeeeee 437 felonies

reply
