INNOCENT

who believes Russell ?

reply

Not a surprise at all. The Left needs to destroy anyone speaking against their crazy ass agenda. Got to cancel him before too many people start understanding what he is putting out..

reply

is Russel Brand some kind of GOP poster boy for some reason and is benefitting from a million MAGAS yelling
"dem bitches is crazy"?

cos he really aint on your side politically you know.

Whats happened is RB's fading public image led him to champion some whackjob anti authoritarion FREEDUMM!! shit (anti vax/ mask wearing), which he did purely for attention but has ingratiated him with the more crazy rightys

reply

Here's the crazy thing...You don't have to be a GOP supporter to see how crazy, evil, and toxic the left is. Even the centrists and apolitical know whats up and don't want any part of their bullshit, like made up extra genders, grooming third graders, allowing guys with tits to ruin women's sports, needing more than 4 weeks to decide to kill a baby in the womb as birth control, and mutilating children's sex organs.

Then there's the farces like racism being the reason for the mistreatment of criminals trying to resist, Carbon dioxide putting California under water in 2012, allowing millions of poor, unskilled, unvaxed illegals into the country as asylum just cause they're poor and stupid and had like 12 countries to go to instead, and so on.

reply

lot of separate issues there , but generally:
the left dont do any of that shit , most of it is made up "left commie boogyman ,GOP scare stories"

lets just take one:
" allowing guys with tits to ruin women's sports"

hows that a "left" thing . Thats up to the governing body of whatever sport.
and its only going on because its a recent phenomenon wghich the rules havent caught up with yet.

reply

There are two sides fighting over that issue in Senate hearings, sane people, and the left. Downplay it all you want, but people in the know have watched the hearings, and rallied around the sane people fighting the left. You're either being dishonest, willfully ignorant, or a shill. Take your pick, but it doesn't matter. A lefty is a lefty and y'all carry all THREE of those traits.

reply

well whose on the other side ?
can we put a name of a person/s or organisation who is championing "guys with tits in competitive sports" ??

apart from the actual guys with tits obvs?

reply

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3XnG2wdDckk
Here's a so-called expert getting laughed at for trying to push that skeletons don't tell gender, arguing with a Woman, Riley Gaines, who was called to Senate hearings and has faced numerous backlash for speaking out against trans men competing with women, claiming it's insensitive to those precious snowflakes. It's not fair for me to speak for her and the hardships she's faced from the toxic, ignorant bullies from the left who continue want to champion MADNESS, and play the narcissists prayer playbook.

Let her do it - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/RXuyEd8FGDU

Not enough, listen to this retard - https://www.youtube.com/shorts/As7cgBGER8w who thinks Serena Women is unstoppable, meanwhile she and her sister lost to men ranked in the 100s

reply

thats one nutty professor. I guess he my be saying skeleton id isnt 100%

But he certainly wasnt pushing for "guys with tits in sports "

"guys with tits " and
"guys with tits in sports "
are two separate issues

reply

Stop being obtuse. He's there to discredit the woman who is only speaking because she lost to men in swimming. And of course, came off like a moron. I don't need an anthropology degree to know women's pelvis are completely different from men. If he had one, he should have it stripped and get his money back.

reply

I've gotta say I agree.

I've no idea what that guy was thinking or what his agenda is.

though his page on the college web suggests that topic is his wheelhouse. worryingly .
https://www.anthropology.pitt.edu/people/gabby-m-h-yearwood

reply

Holy shit. This is what the left considers an expert, and tries to use appeals to authority with. Good lord. Academia is a sick joke. They just keep parading these diversity hires into positions of authority because it's so easy to get them to agree to anyone because they're so stupid, and willing to say anything for a buck. That's the danger of allowing poor and stupid into the country, and worse, giving them rights.

This is the quintessential example of all the nominees that each Democratic president appoints into power. Republican Congressmen expose them under questioning but it's just a futile effort because the dems are monolith of lobbyists and don't think for themselves. They just go with along party lines and approve all nominees, and collect their endorsement checks. It will never stop because each democratic president just allows California, NY, and now places like Arizona and Georgia to be flooded with illegals to keep their voters up, and increase the congress people for those counties due to illegal population spikes that never end. It's one sick, twisted cycle of corruption, lies, and power grabbing.

reply

As usual, defending rapists!

reply

Has he been convicted, or are accusations all that are needed? You'd have had fun during the Salem witch trials, because they did the same thing.

reply

when the satan allies with the rape accusers, I smell a rat

reply

The allegations surfaced after he vowed to expose Big Pharma’s crimes against humanity.

Many are now saying that this video clip might be why Russell Brand is "being attacked."

https://twitter.com/simonateba/status/1703155215686373862

reply

LMAO...BRAND IS BEING ATTACKED?🤣

reply

He painted a huge target on himself.

I wonder who would want to pull the trigger on him?

I don't think it's the same people who want to know who was on Epstein's client list.

reply

Yes, Vanguard is after him!

https://x.com/bgatesisapyscho/status/1703096783994327512?s=46&t=veox07EZp4AKnPBj_ooPpA

Discredit all that opposes the narrative

reply

Yes, I believe he likes them that way.

reply

He is obviously innocent and there are some people who have made him a target because he dares to criticize the media and woke agenda.

reply

WOKE AGENDA.🤣

reply

As always, Kowalski, your contributions to the discussion have been lacking.

reply

OR I COULD DECLARE A MAN I DO NOT KNOW AT ALL INNOCENT OF HEINOUS CRIMES SIMPLY BECAUSE HE IS WHITE AND COOL...YOU KNOW...LIKE YOU.🙂

reply

I am not white.

reply

SO JUST BECAUSE HE IS A MALE THEN?...THE SUPERIOR SEX...RIGHT?...DAMN WOMEN...DON'T THEY KNOW TO KEEP THEIR MOUTHS SHUT WHEN THE RAPE IS OVER?

reply

You are a super idiot.

reply

I AM NOT THE ONE CALLING FOUR WOMEN LIARS AND EXHALTING A POSSIBLE RACIST FOR FAUX POLITICAL BULLSHIT REASONS...THAT'S YOU,CHIEF.

reply

I don't called any women liars, I just believes that there is hidden reason for that complaints. And I don't even know what their ethnic identity is.

reply

UNLESS YOU ARE SAYING THE REASON FOR THEIR COMPLAINTS IS HAVING BEEN RAPED...THEN YES...YOU ARE CALLING THEM LIARS...WITH NO EVIDENCE...JUST YOUR BLIND POLITICAL STANCE...SHAMEFUL BEHAVIOR,KIDDO.

reply

I believe he is innocent.

reply

AT LEAST YOU CAME TO THAT CONCLUSION BASED ON NO INFORMATION AND PERSONAL POLITICAL BIAS.🫤

reply

Who is more credible?

Boromir with his 'belief'...?

Or The Times, The Sunday Times, Channel 4 News, the sources they used, the alleged victims, the team of expensive lawyers that will have OK'd publication / broadcast based on the evidence collected during the investigation...?

It's tricky to decide, innit.

reply

I WAS GOING TO AGREE WITH YOU...BUT BOROMIR HAS REALLY SWAYED ME WITH HIS ARGUMENT...I MEAN...I WORKED FOR TINKERBELL...WHY NOT RUSSEL BRAND?...BOROMIR BELIEVES...BOROMIR BELIEVES...BOROMIR BELIEVES...I BET HE IS CLAPPING.

reply

Hahaha, I'd believe an anonymous person like Boromir before I'd believe people pushing an agenda and lawyers who work for them.

reply

It's not about who one 'believes'. None of us knows the truth here. But it's a question of weighing and evaluating sources to determine their credibility.

If you'd take the word of a random stranger asserting something without evidence on the internet simply because their views align with what you'd like to believe and dismiss the testimony of alleged victims, the journalists of three different news organisations who have investigated their claims, and the expert lawyers who have cleared the stories for broadcast and publication, then that's entirely up to you...

... but why you thought it would be worth informing me of this fact as if it would add anything of value to the discussion will perhaps forever remain a mystery.

reply

I'm saying the news outlets you listed have lied on a consistent basis to push a left agenda which includes digging up spurious accusations in order to smear their political opponents and defame people. It's a tactic, they use a character assassination when they have lost the argument.
From the credible news agencies that brought you hookers peeing on beds in Moscow comes a new scandal against "you guessed it" someone they have a problem with politically.
As for expert lawyers, they are paid to lie for a living. And I don't take accusations seriously when they surface 20 years later. 2004 was not the 1920s and any rape accusations were taken just as seriously back then as they are now with the police.

Also, news agencies smeared the Covington kids and Kyle Rittenhouse with the full knowledge they could get sued if it wasn't true, they gambled and lost. With public figures like Brand it is even harder for him to sue because of the laws and they don't even think about it.

reply

You're seriously suggesting that Rupert Murdoch's Times and Sunday Times have a left-wing agenda? Sounds unlikely. It's never been known before.

Also, the UK has quite strict libel and defamation laws, particularly when it comes to broadcast news and current affairs. The Channel 4 documentary will be legally rigorous and watertight.

Furthermore, I'm not at all sure what you imagine the 'Covington kids' and Kyle Rittenhouse has to do with Britain or the British media. I barely know what those things even are, because -- for the second time today -- THIS IS NOT AMERICA.

reply

The same shit goes on in both countries and yes I do believe they have a left wing agenda, a better word would be establishment agenda. They push the same bullshit when it matters and then get the plebs arguing about inconsequential nonsense.

What the Channel 4 documentary will do is quote people and present facts that show a single narrative without coming out themselves and saying Brand did this or that. There are ways to cover their asses when it comes to the libel laws and like I said many of times they don't give a shit.

reply

The two countries are not the same: different politics, different cultures, different media, different laws, different ways of doing things, different ways of thinking. The world is not America and America is not the world.

reply

soooo tinfoil hat conspiracy shit . got it .

once again the dark hand of the your sworn enemies , the lefty commies , reaches out and corrupts the
-media
-judges
-cops
-hollywood
(delete as approprpriate)
in order to further its filthy agenda .

Its a shame the right wing aint clever enough to do all the impossible magic you accuse the left of innit?

reply

When they are all owned by the same company, and use the same source, naming a billion of them doesn't mean much.

reply

The three -- as opposed to a 'billion' -- news companies responsible for the investigation are not owned by the same company. The Times and The Sunday Times are owned by the same company. And that company is Rupert Murdoch's. Y'know, the same guy who owns Fox News.

reply

So they're owned by the same company, and how was I wrong? Oh, you thought Fox News WASN'T controlled opposition? Different sides of the same corrupt coin. Remember when Fox News fired the most watched pundit for trying to expose the farce that Jan 6th was? Yeah, we don't give a shit what all those news medias think is news worthy. It's literally asking to be fed propaganda.

reply

You said 'all' [three/billion/delete as applicable] news organisations were owned by the same company. They are not. So you were wrong.

This is a UK news story. The UK is a country you demonstrably know the square root of sod all about, a fact you're possibly even somewhat proud of.

You don't know our media. You don't know our laws. You don't know our culture. You don't know our politics. I do, and I can assure you, they are very different from yours in vital ways. The world is not America. America is not the world.

reply

Oh good, find a UK message board then. Cherrio.

reply

Even if I think he is innocent, I don't want him to date any of my family member until additional information. I didn't say it was my final determination.

You, on the other hand, don't have any problem that a pedophile or someone who stalks little girls will be your daughter's babysitter. Even if this guy walk free in your own country.

reply

YOU WANT TO EXPLAIN HOW YOU CAME TO THAT LINE OF DIALOGUE BEFORE I REPORT IT?...MAYBE YOU HAVE A GOOD REASON FOR BEING A DICKHEAD...WHO KNOWS.

reply

Report it, Kowalski - you know you want to - with big letters at that
Do it

reply

Brand is a bit of 'right wing' youtube podcaster these days, from what I hear. His 'anti-woke' stance is the reason some people online are rushing to protect him.

As you said none of us know Brand in real life. He could be a saint or a devil in his private life, I don't know. What I do know though is that just because someone falls on a certain side of the political spectrum doesn't mean they're inherently good or evil.

Some people on here could do well to remember that. Sadly this exposé/accusations is becoming another political debate involving right wing conservatives/republicans and left wing liberals/democrats. People have already picked their sides.

reply

I believe, the media saw him as a target, and looking for dirt on him. Maybe it's true dirt, maybe not, and maybe something in between, but I doubt if it's a coincidence.

reply

🤣

reply

There have been murmerings about Russell Brand (and also David Walliams) online for a good while now, over a year at least, pertaining to sexual misconduct.

About 8 months back a British female comedian mentioned that there is British comedian who is a well known predator to all in the industry. Everyone thought she was talking about Brand or Walliams. They're two names that have been getting bandied about as future cancellations.

Brand is largely a youtuber these days and many have speculated he has been shut out from the British television comedy scene because of the misconduct accusations.

This hasn't just popped up over night.

reply

Interesting. I still thing it's get publish when he start to be critical of the industry. We'll be smarter in a few weeks.

reply

What I do know though is that just because someone falls on a certain side of the political spectrum doesn't mean they're inherently good or evil.

Thank you. Exactly. It shouldn't matter.

reply

did harvey weinstein criticize the woke agenda?

reply

harvey weinstein definitely guilty

reply

i doubt these women are making accusations against brand because he is anti vax or anti woke. that's crazy talk.

reply

I think the media start sniff out about him for these reasons, there are rumors for about other famous people that no one seriously investigates. I guess, as HelloSidney1996 said, we need to "sit on the fence" until additional evidence.

reply

That's exactly what happened with Kavanaugh, in which they later retracted their claims:
https://globalnews.ca/news/4628088/brett-kavanaugh-rape-accusation-lie/

reply

Harvey didn't rape anyone, he just lied to screw some desperate wannabe actresses. They only started getting upset when he didn't make them a star like Jennifer Lawrence. I can believe a woman when she goes to the cops right after the alleged rape happened... but when they wait years to say anything... well that's when I call bullshit on whatever they say.

reply

I don't know about this one. Yes, I think the rape accusations come a bit too freely, but that recording of Harvey pressuring that woman was pretty fucked up.

reply

Wasn't that the one that also took Harvey to meet her mom for dinner? You know most rape victims always want to bring the rapist home to meet the family.

reply

Maybe you should all wait till the evidence is presented before declaring his innocence/guilt.

I'll sit on the fence here whilst you lot can make up your minds based on politics and conspiracy theories.

reply

I AM A BRAND FAN...BUT WHEN FOUR WOMEN SAY HE IS A RAPIST...FENCE SITTING IS THE RIGHT CALL.

reply

this is not a guy i would go out on a limb for.

reply

NOPE...NOT AT ALL.

reply

i would wait to hear the allegations before making any conclusions. but i am sure it has nothing to do with ukraine or vaccines.

reply

Oh I believe he used women, but if he raped any of them why didn't they bother to report it to the police when it happened? Being an asshat and just using women for sex and then dumping them is sleazy but it isn't rape. Now squawking that you were raped 7 or 8 years after the fact is what I think is a crime. 1) if true then you enabled the rapist to escape justice and put other women at risk, 2) if not true you are throwing out allegations that are really impossible for either side to prove beyond a reasonable doubt... think about it could you relate to a court where you were 7 years ago on the first Tuesday in September? If you are raped go to the police when it happens, otherwise go away and stop trying to get 15 minutes of fame.

reply

YOUR COMMENT ONLY ILLUSTRATES YOUR INABILITY TO EVALUATE CONTEXT...AN ESSENTIAL SKILL WHEN PROCESSING COMPLICATED MATTERS SUCH AS THESE.

reply

You inability to understand when to use caps highlights your ignorance. I wouldn't expect you to understand anything that required reading comprehension. Go back to watching Barney, it's about all you can possibly understand.

reply

I UNDERSTAND WHEN TO USE CAPS...BUT IGNORE IT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF BEING AWESOME...AS I AM...YOU SHOULD HAVE PUT MORE WORK INTO YOUR NAME...WEAK SECOND ACCOUNT,KIDDO.

reply

Awesome in your own mind at best... but a complete idiot that has no clue to the rest of the world.

reply

YOU'RE BOROMIR...AREN'T YOU?🙂

I think he is likely guilty. The allegations sound credible:

One woman alleges that Brand raped her against a wall in his Los Angeles home. She was treated at a rape crisis centre on the same day, according to medical records. Text messages show that in the hours after leaving his house, she told Brand that she had been scared by him and felt taken advantage of, adding: “When a girl say[s] NO it means no.” Brand replied saying he was “very sorry”.

A second woman alleges that Brand assaulted her when he was 31 and she was 16 and still at school. She said he referred to her as “the child” during an emotionally abusive and controlling relationship that lasted for about three months, and that Brand once “forced his penis down her throat”, making her choke. She says she tried to push him off and said she had to punch him in the stomach to make him stop.

A third woman claims that he sexually assaulted her while she worked with him in Los Angeles, and that he threatened to take legal action if she told anyone else about her allegation.

The fourth described being sexually assaulted by Brand and him being physically and emotionally abusive towards her.

reply

The allegations sound credible

The investigation is over a year's worth of work carried out by three different UK news-gathering organisations working in conjunction. Details of the women's stories have been corroborated. Hundreds of sources have been contacted. Rumours have been swirling around Brand for a decade. The Sunday Times was first contacted in 2019. They've done their background research.

I don't know if he's innocent or guilty, but -- yes -- there's no doubt the allegations are at least credible and cannot be dismissed out of hand. The rest really is wait and see....

reply

And yet none went to the police. Feeling like you were taken advantage of isn't the same as rape.

reply

Yeah, I think their should be a 3 year statute of limitations on rape accusations. Pretty tough to have defending evidence 5-15 years later. And if they feel hes a rapist, why let him continue to assault women. Not to mention that they can destroy a mans character with a simply accusation, but they get to hide in anominity.

reply

And now the one that claimed to have been raped in LA has said she came forward because she was upset that he was cultivating his caring image on social media. So clearly this is a case of someone upset with a guy that left the liberal band wagon so now she's out for blood.
