Agreed. Perhaps, but sometimes shows lack of risk. Jack Nicholson and Heath Ledger are a hard act to follow so perhaps it is time other villains have a chance to be in the spotlight. Hoping Reeves can do this with his sequels. Really just for the memes. Funny how nobody seemed to like them for 16 years but suddenly started "appreciating" them just because they took a disliking to the sequels and nostalgia probably kicked in. Yeah, I never felt satisfied with the death of the Giganotosaurus. Apart from the one sequence where it tried to hunt them down it wasn't really a big threat throughout the film, like the Raptors or Indominus rex from previous films. Of course now we have the problem where they feel the need to always include Joker in a new universe, rather than just focusing more on the other many villains Batman has. By that logic Fast and the Furious or the Michael Bay Transformers films must be masterpieces as they made a lot of money. I hate it when people talk with their mouth full of food. Not exactly the first time Star Wars has seemingly contradicted itself. I mean Darth and Obi's meeting in New Hope was supposedly meant to be the first time they met since Obi left him to burn to death, although going by their dialogue you wouldn't think this was the case. Their "reunion" in Obi Wan Kenobi made more sense than that. If we can have films with a Lego Batman I don't see the issue with a "real" Buzz Lightyear. Will probably return in Jurassic Park 9. Don't see the point unless Disney are planning on rebooting the Santa Clause film series with a younger actor. Isn't he returning for the Santa Clause TV series later this year? Mad Hatter, Calendar Man or Mr Freeze. The JJ of the MCU seems like a bigger a**hole than the Raimi one. Pity we never got to see how the Raimi version would react to Peter Parker being Spider-Man, especially with their history. Night of the Living Dead (1990) The Thing (1982) Scarface (1983) The Mummy (1999) The DCEU is at the point of no return anyway. I liked him in Gotham, just would like to see a portrayal similar to the Arkham games as he is a creepy villain. Joe Pesci and his brother being murdered in Casino. Joe Pesci stabbing the guy in the trunk with a large kitchen knife in GoodFellas. That made me cringe the first time watching it. I doubt this will happen, it has been six years since the last proper update and nine years when it was first announced.
