You can see the concentrated corporate spin against him already and I imagine if that fails, well...
From what I've read/seen, he sounds intelligent, decent and would probably be far better than any of the current presidential contenders.
He'll kill himself politically. The media will help, no need for the CIA to get involved,

I think he'd make a great President, and is about as close to bi-partisan than is ever going to happen. I'm supporting him at this point.
shareFrom what I can tell, the CIA has gotten more cautious about assassinations, particularly after the JFK one. They know now that people can use the internet and other means to sniff out who did it if they try to bump off too many people at once. Despite a lot of misinformation deliberately put out there by them, (not unlike ninjas spreading myths about their supposed "power" centuries ago), the CIA knows they can't fool everyone. They're more likely to take out targets that can be seen as a threat, but few would notice the person's death or be missed. Mass murders are easier to cover up if "terrorists" are involved, though people are starting to get suspicious, even now.
