Can you say ONE nice thing about Trump?

I'm drawing a blank.

reply

Yeah, he used to be very beloved prior to announcing his run for President in 2015 and so much, there's photos of Hillary hugging and kissing Trump on the cheek when he used to donate to the Democat Party.. This guy was loved when he was going toe to toe with Rosie O'Donnel every week, but the moment he decided to run for President on the Republican side, you would've thought the guy was the Emperor from STAR WARS for heaven sake over the way the Left lost their minds over it.. Now let's turn this around for a moment and go back to the same 2015, only Trump decides he's running as a Democrat for President?? I guarantee you would see the complete opposite as to what we're seeing right now and the Dems would've supported him??

reply

Actually, he was never beloved here in the northeast.
He’s been a lying , grifting con man his whole adult life with an ego bigger than Manhattan.
Too many lawsuits to keep track of and the repulsive way he handled the Central Park Five etc etc

reply

I can't believe he used to be a Democrat, neither.

reply

There you go.. You learn something new every day now don't ya??

reply

Interesting picture, but I'm not paying for a subscription to read the article.

So what caused Donald and Hillary to become enemies? Their aspirations to become President?

reply

He's got balls and says what he means and means what he says, that's why those fucking namby-pamby leftie woke dems can't handle him, and that's why they tried to impeach him and come up with all sorts of baloney to try and get him jailed, pathetic sad fucks that they are. I'm so glad he's been a thorn in their side all these years. Keep it up Mr Trump.

reply

"Keep it up Mr Trump."
LOL! You didn't say "President" Trump!

reply

There's NO way. You're seeing politics through a simpleton's lens as a personal popularity contest. For instance, in a fun feud for tv/tabloid, even I would side with Trump over the annoying, Rosie O'Donnell, too.

I voted, enthusiastically, for Gore, Kerry, Obama, Clinton and Biden.

Trump would never get my vote in either party, and he couldn't win a Democratic Primary race. He might get 10% max, for name recognition.

Democrats value public service and prior experience in government, especially on the national level. If their prior nominees and runners-up don't communicate this to you, then you're not paying attention to the evidence. We're not nominating Oprah Winfrey or Tom Hanks (or Ronald Reagan!) on the Left. If a candidate doesn't have the experience—none, then we are rightfully concerned that they are just on an ego trip and do not have actual ideas, solutions, and a forward-looking, progressive mindset. Trump had his one term, and he did little to quash such concerns. In fact, he was exactly as predicted, especially with regard to nepotism, corporatism, and plain corruption. He was weak as fuck on National Defense, and even desecrated military service. The only Democrat he could be likened to would be a "Tammany Hall" Democrat of the 19th Century—holding meetings with Bill the Butcher. No thanks.

Most Presidents come from the Legislative Branch of government first and have established relationships with colleagues. This is important to Democrats because we want continued work to be done there—negotiations made, and Bills passed to become law to accomodate an evolving society and the diversity of our nation.

A reality tv host and real estate developer who poops on a toilet made of gold holds absolutely no sway in the Democratic Platform for President.

Excellent response, thank you

What a surprise that you were impressed by AnagramYYZ's substance free post!

Yes that's why the blue cities look like the sets from TWD with human faeces and junkies laying everywhere, and people robbing unconscious elderly people, because of all the prior experience you Dems value in public service :^)

Christ, I have no idea how even the hardest liberal can defend this?? It's a disgrace that the Democrat Party and liberals in general believe in this Defund the Police crap until they need the assistance of one and they're not available..

reply

All they care about is feel good sloganeering, they ignore the reality constantly.

reply

Why do you care? You don't live in America but you focus so much of your attention here. Why is that? You are such a moron.

reply

" the blue cities look like the sets from TWD "

and what do the red ones look like ?
oh right , there arnt any becasuse republicans have barely ever been put in charge of a city .
So until you've run a city and solved all those problems ...

reply

republicans have barely ever been put in charge of a city

What about Miami? Haven't been there for a while, but the last impression was okay...

reply

Only your first link shows a crime from NYC, isolated from the rest. The remaining show people, in a free country, who are not keen on making landlords rich.

Here's a link for you.

You're saying you want to clean up the streets? Do you want to budget for low income housing, shelters, mental health services and the like? Or is it your policy position to send in National Guard, round up these people and blow them away? Which? Be clear. Many of them are former military themselves, from the previous wars overseas, and it takes far more discipline and cunning to make it on the streets than to draw up The Walking Dead comparisons from your basement dojo.

If we can subvert the opposition vote towards public spending on these matters, let me know how, and I'll write to the DNC and my Congresspersons.

Because, yes, as I Dem, I value public service and combatting poverty. I know plenty of like-minded people working at food banks, cleaning parks, and doing community outreach as I have. We need a new NEW DEAL in Washington, too.

reply

Didn't read your gaslighting nonsense. I'm sure the gist of it was that somehow it's OK that Dem cities are all resembling horror movie sets. Moving on.

Dem cities are crime ridden cesspools, if you vote Dem you're a moron and deserve your cities overrun with OD'ing junkies and human faeces everywhere, while fighting off the violent criminals that the Dems protect and inflict on the populace via their revolving door arrest policies.

If you vote Dem you support and enable all of the above.

reply

I voted, enthusiastically, for Gore, Kerry, Obama, Clinton and Biden.

🥴

reply

Most people were indifferent to Trump until he got into politics. Same for Elon Musk. Then they exposed how stupid they are outside of their known careers.

reply

Translation -
You all exposed how easily manipulated by the media you are by letting yourself be turned against Trump by them.

reply

Nope. They're just an arrogant losers. I recommend watching Cult of Elon to help your deprogramming.

reply

No how about you watch Elon and Trump The Lovely and Kind Chaps to get rid of your hateful way of thinking?

reply

I used to respect them a lot. If Elon just sold Twitter and moved back to Space X, I would probably not have a problem with him again.

reply

Yep it must be terrible to have to talk to conservatives on Twitter without being able to censor them like you guys are used to doing, Elon should just have left Twitter alone so you don't get upset about it like a pathetic loser.

reply

No it was before that. His cringe started when he started giving out COVID hot takes that were terrible.

reply

Your cringe started the day you were born and continues right up to this day.

reply

I accept your surrender.

reply

You "victory" is in your head as usual. Did you think I was trying to change your mind or something? I'm mocking you, you retard.

I accept your decision to vote for Trump next year.

reply

Trump is finished. He'll spend the remaining years of his life as a sad loser in prison.

reply

Lol the tears are going to be immense when you twats finally understand you can't just ban your opponents from everything. The left dies without censorship, you can't stand in the marketplace of ideas because all your ideas are terrible and crumble under the most basic of scrutiny. You only need to shine a light on you metaphorical cockroaches and you scatter.

reply

Next time dont spend campaign money silencing journalists.

Next time just return the classified documents

Next time don't attempt to defraud the united states

reply

Yeah all that only happened inside the heads of you TDS lemmings. It's almost as if somone on the tv told you all what to think.

I'm very sorry you don't know history and that Kennedy had a similar gambit in the 60 in Hawaii over the alternate electors, an untried but theoretically legal process. I'm sorry your tv is lying to you.
I'm sorry you're dumb enough for the brainwashing to work.

Please continue to cry about Musk and Trump now.

reply

Brainwashed. Stop worshipping one guy.

reply

How embarrassing for you that you don't know US history, are you an illegal immigrant?

reply

Trump has been a hated piece of shit since the mid 1980s, when he was in the news every six months because he'd fucked someone out of their property, fucked some poor people out of housing, fucked a historical society who was trying to preserve an old building, blah blah blah. Saying nobody hated him until he ran for president is total b.s. He's always been a greedy, crass, boorish asshole.

Fact is, the right never gave the slightest shit about him until circa 2009/2010, whenever he started hassling Obama about the birth certificate. That's what made him a hero to the right and he's been riding that wave of hate ever since.

reply

What you said is what my husband tried to tell me back in 2015 when Trump was campaigning for POTUS the first time. I was not interested in politics back then but I did know I was enamored by Donald Trump when he was on the Apprentice. THAT SHOW was my barometer for this man and I was so proud to vote for him in 2016. I thought he was a smart business man and I liked that he was not a politician and was going to "drain the swamp" although I really didn't know what "the swamp" was. I've been a registered Republican for all my years that I have been able to vote (more than 50) and I have always voted for my party.

OMG.....did I ever realize (too late) that my husband was right all along. Trump is not the person I would ever want in the White House again. I want to take back my vote in 2016. I wish the Republican party would nominate someone better than Trump so I can continue to vote for a Republican. BTW......I did not cast a vote for POTUS in 2020.

reply

The media often fails to mention Donald Trump's role in the liberation of Auschwitz, I think that is pretty awesome.

"Cruelty to animals is now a federal crime under a new law signed by President Trump on Monday.

The Preventing Animal Cruelty and Torture Act (PACT) is a bipartisan initiative that bans the intentional crushing, burning, drowning, suffocating, impalement or other serious harm to "living non-human mammals, birds, reptiles, or amphibians."

The law also bans "animal crush videos," meaning any photograph, motion picture film, video or digital recording or electronic image that depicts animal cruelty.

The penalty for violating the law can include a fine, a prison term of up to seven years or both."

But of course, Trump's such a bad orange man and predictably Liberals will find a way to throw shade on it

reply

Yeah..., trying to overthrow Democracy and steal an election seals the deal for most sane folks.

reply

It was a liberal who you are replying to!
A liberal who brought up that nice thing trump did,
Without 'throwing shade' on it

reply

Cruelty to animals has been a crime in the United Kingdom for OVER A CENTURY BEFORE THE UNITED STATES!!!

Seriously, why did it take you lot so long to CATCH UP?

reply

Because we suck?

reply

You are of course right the facts are there , what's frightening is how soft the punishments are and that in some ways we are going backwards with Animal testing in 2019 to start again after a 25 year ban ,we allowed animal testing for cosmetics to resume to bring us in line with E.U, Chemical rules, (not sure why after Brexit) we also breed and sell dogs (beagles) for testing ,Basically our current leaders fuckin suck.

reply

[deleted]

He's actually human... which is more than I can say for the rest of the freaks who run the country. I go by intuition not bullshit so called facts... because they aren't facts half the time.

Trump, Tulsi, RFK, Ramaswamy are well intentioned decent people in my humble opinion. We'll see how it plays out... but I'm thinking democracy compromised.

reply

Yes. Democracy compromised. interestingly enough, not by Trump.

reply

ANY Republican would be decent in your eyes, but all the Democrats are demonic, yes?

reply

No not any Republican is decent but yes all Dems are demonic.

reply

Tulsi was a democrat and I believe RFK is. The Kennedys all were... I like the Kennedys.

reply

He was in some good movies.

reply

That's because you've been conditioned to hate him by the left leaning media and other close minded liberals. Come up with your own conclusions without outside interference. It's called critical thinking.

reply

Oh honey, I'm not short on critical thinking and I've not been "conditioned" by anyone other than DJT himself. I've hated that man since the '80s. Anyone who watched The Apprentice with two working brain cells could see what a grifting blowhard he is. But cool assumptions!

reply

So you're going off of his character on on TV show, not of his ability as a president. Good to know.

reply

He has no ability to be president. That's been proven.

reply

There ya go, keep voting democrat. They're doing such good things for this country.

reply

This thread is specifically about DJT. Here you go devolving into Republicans vs Democrats. Try and stay on the subject. Just because someone hates DJT doesn't mean they love Hillary or love Joe Biden. Why can't you cultists comprehend that?

reply

Cultists. Lol

reply

He's playing HIMSELF in The Apprentice, idiot.

reply

Well, most people who thought he'd be a good president were going off his character on The Apprentice, but realizing it was mostly scripted with him making very few decisions.

reply

He signed Herschel Walker to the largest contract ever for a football player when he owned the New Jersey Generals...

reply

And caused the whole league to go bankrupt

reply

So don't give large contracts to black people is your point?

reply

No, my point is don't worship people as great businessmen when they repeatedly destroy business after business

reply

How many failed businesses do you have?

reply

I can answer for you. My business has been thriving for many years and has not failed. Does that make me a better businessman than Trump?

reply

My dad who works for Nintendo said you're not really a business owner.

reply

My dad who works for Sega said anyone who has never had a business and therefore not gone bankrupt is a better businessman than Trump
