For the novelty. I've had sex with previous winners of the 12 Hours Of Sebring, but never with a previous winner of the 12 Hours Of Sebring that *also* committed vehicular homicide.

In addendum: The guy with the shotgun that clicked all the time while trying to home in on his target. Also in Fallout when you are trying to VATS onto a target.
Just watched it for the first time. Worth the $8 I paid for it. That gritty space feel, and the Fallout series totally took the vault look from this movie...especially the lighted area signs on the ceiling.

That would be a rational decision. Rooney isn't rational. He could have also walked up and apologized to "Sloan's father" when she was picked up...but he didn't. And he would have caught Ferris right then and there.
